When it comes to a learning space at the university, there are several place where we can choose. Most students would like to go library, however, I would recommend an ideal rooms for learning, which located right corner of the student union and next to the stair. Omit a host of people were attracted by this room because of the environment commendably. In one hand, it is a quiet area indeed. This room, which has perfect sound insulation. Therefore, students who study there do not be disturbed by outside noise. In another hand, it is a large room to provide people with many desks and sofa for studying. Students are willing to study as a small group, which is more effective. I went there very often, no matter study or break, it was a peaceful space indeed in my point of view. Now, I would describe this
ideal learning space.
First, I would like to describe this room specifically. There are five tables for studying, one of tables was provided only for a student to use, and others were used by many students. Such as a group study, they would complete teamwork together. Discussion and analyzing were their favor. When they were talking about studying, it was not too loud to keep quite environment. At the same time, they have very comfortable chairs, which were soft and wide. A lot of students have experienced its feeling. If people seat on a satisfied position, they would have to fill in a sense of passion of learning. However, there were also some sofas near the windows. People can have a break or study on sofa. And on the wall, we can see plenty of pictures, which were about the history of the U.S. navy. The warships model was putted on a desk. Student can visit the warship model and study the history about American history.

In conclusion, I was found of this feeling of studying at that room because of two main learning principals, which were quiet and groups study. However, I think this space for learning should be improved in two hands. On the one hand, the room should be enlarged to accommodate more and more people to study. On the other hand, the learning space should provide students with computers. Because sometimes they may forget to bring their laptop. If computers can be offered, students will fill a sense of satisfaction. Because of that, they can study efficiently no matter group study or personal study. As a result, I would recommend this ideal place for you. I hope more and more people can enjoy this excellent space.
This type of seating arrangement should relax the children and make them feel more comfortable. On the bulletin boards there will be pictures of the students while involved in class activities and students work as a reward for doing well on an assignment. Also on the walls, there will be posters to inspire the students. My class will be very organized with little wasted time.... ...
A study hall will help the students do homework they did not finish or start. If the student has been busy with other homework, the study hall will help give the student time to do it. Some students will forget to do his or her homework and need time to finish it. The students will also to get help from other classmates. If some kids need help with their homework, they will have a chance to ask a classmate for help. Finishing homework is not the only thing students can use the study hall
For the living room, I have developed twenty different questions. For my questions I have come up with ten relating to the radio, eight relating to the sewing machine and four relating to the bed. Starting off with the bed in the corner of the room. I will begin the presentation with the students sitting in a circle on the floor. We will observe the room for some time and then I will begin by
The Freudian Sip’s seating is designed a specific way, so students can have a satisfying student environment. The Freudian Sip is a great place on campus. It has a seating area on the right and left hand sides of the coffee shop. The tables are scattered around the corners of the cafe, so that all customers have a private place to study. The smaller tables are pushed against the corners, while the larger ones are set in the middle of the carpeted rug. The tables against the corners all have access to an outlet, so it is possible to charge a laptop. At the Freudian Sip, the seating capacity can be a little claustrophobic. People have their books and bags scattered on the floors and tables. So, while sometimes being in the Sip, it is a mission not to get hurt. The walk ways are so narrow that it is annoying to have to trample ov...
A work team will be defined for the purposes of this paper by a definition borrowed from Bateman and Snell (2004). A team is formed of people (usually a small number) with complementary skills who trust one another and are committed to a common purpose, common performance goals, and a common approach for which they hold themselves mutually accountable. Teams generally see themselves and are seen by others as a social entity, which is interdependent because of the tasks performed as members of a group.
When building a classroom, the indoor learning environment will be influenced by the building and play area that surrounds the building. A classroom needs to have adequate space for children to play, explore and learn. Children need to have continuous access to water, bathrooms and a sink for handwashing. Although each room or center will be different they need to maintain areas that are easily and safely supervised from all areas of the classroom. The space needs to be organized into learning centers with well-defined areas. Areas such as science, art, sensory, bathrooms and eating areas need to be near a water source. Other areas such as block areas, library and housekeeping should be kept in areas with large area rugs or carpet.
Research shows that the learning environment encompasses more than just the classroom that learning and teaching takes place. Many factors contribute to a learning environment, including the students, teachers, parents, school staff, policy makers, specialists, support staff, community members and the different learning spaces and resources available. This reflective journal will discuss some ways that teachers can set up the learning environment to maximise teaching and learning and some potential advantages and difficulties for me as a new teacher.

Communication in work teams differs from that in traditional organizations due having different communication patterns; establishing trust is a key factor; open meetings are a vital approach for improving communication; shared management is common; listening, problem solving, disagreement resolution, negotiation and compromise are significant factors; and information flows in all directions to all associates of the organization.
The classroom embodied the stereotypical music classroom with its various instruments scattered around the room. Every inch of the wall and door was covered with music notes while chairs encircled the room. Besides the teacher’s desk, there were no other desks in sight. The students had to sit on the ground in the center of the room away from the instruments. Even when playing instruments, the students sat on the ground. Although the setup was very different from a general classroom, it was appropriate for the kinds of lessons that the teacher taught the students. The teacher did not hand out any worksheets or assigned homework so the students did not need any desks for writing. Since the classroom was already small and cramped, having desks in the class would have impeded on the activities that the students performed.
Working in teams provides an opportunity for individuals to come together and establish a rapport towards others within a group. Teamwork is classified as people with different strengths and skills who work together to achieve a common goal. When a team works well, specific objectives are fulfilled and satisfied. Teamwork plays a crucial role in implementing and fulfilling a common goal in a team project. Each member plays a role and takes on different responsibilities combined together. In different stages of teamwork, conflicts and arguments may occur for as members have different standpoints which need to be harmonized within the team. The key to having an effective teamwork is to explore each member's unique abilities to motivate them.
For teachers to be effective their classrooms should be open, encouraging and safe environments, where a strong student-teacher relationship can be achieved (Marsh, 2008). Students should be treated with respect in order to meet their need for belonging (Eggen&Kauchak, 2010). The layout of the room and resources need to be well considered allowing different areas for different activities (Bennett &Smilanich, P. 1994) keeping in mind space for easy movement and creative work. Seating arrangements, noise level and room temperature all need to be taken into account when planning the classroom to maximise productive lea...
During the first day of school, a variety of different students enter the classroom. These students are excited and nervous, they have their parents by their sides who are observing the classroom walls and arrangement. From the minute the students enter the classroom, students are observing the classroom environment and notice the everything. Everything in the classroom needs to have a purpose, but provide a pleasant environment. When preparing and organizing the classrooms, teachers need to consider the different variables that impact the classroom. Classrooms can be disorganized if the walls are cluttered and have no meaning The organizations of the desks, the wall decorations, and the seating arrangements significantly impact the physical environments. Students are like sponges, they soak up everything that surrounds them. In the article A comparison of actual and preferred classroom environments as perceived by middle school students in the Journal of School Health stated “studies have shown that classroom environments are closely related to a number of aspects of student
Previously, it was just the blackboard boring classroom environment where the students have nothing interesting except listening to the lectures of the teachers. Now a days, they have lot many things to do as the classroom activity. There is no constrain of space or place, these learning process can be adopted anywhere and anytime. The classrooms are converting into the chat-rooms where the student can remain in touch with teachers always and anywhere. Th...
The quality of the classroom setting is one characteristic of school environment that promotes positive outcomes for students. The climate of the classroom is seen as a major determinant of the behaviour and learning of students. It contributes to the academic success of students and predicts the degree to which they participate in learning, how consistently they attend school, how attentive they are in class, how carefully they complete assignment and how committed they are to staying in school and doing well (Doll, 2014). The classroom is accepting, caring, respectful, the atmosphere is honest and the teacher is positive, actively motivate students to learn, expect that students will succeed in school and in life and use effective tea...
