It was one life-changing experience, and I would never forget it. Everything fun begun from the first time we met, the year of our friendship building up, until something fairly poignant happened. It was a tragedy, and all I could think of was how much his heart was aching. I wanted him to know that he was a trustworthy, unique, caring, intelligent, and a loyal companion. However, he never got to know in time.
The day we met started from when I got home from school. I decided to go biking in my compound, since it was a peaceful, and breezy day. I hummed my favorite song, and stepped on the pedals to move the bike. Right that moment, I discovered just two houses away from mine, sat a puppy. From my distance, the ginger ale tinted fur was like a coat, gleaming in the warm sunlight, his chest was covered with white fur, on the tiny ends of each were the ginger ale dye. Moving closer, I could see that he was staring right at me, his eyes immense and the color of caramel, it made a great match with his pupils that were chocolate brown. He had white eyebrows, and on the rim of his eyes, it looked as if he was wearing thick eyeliner. His two ears were floppy, shaped like upside down triangles, and his tongue was hanging out from the edge of his mouth, it was rose pink. He was absolutely adorable. I leaned my bike against a tree trunk and walked a little bit closer. It seemed like he was a mixed breed of a golden retriever and some other dog. As I examined him, I realized that he didn’t have a collar. He must be a wild dog that sneaked into the compound. However, I observed that he was spotless, healthy looking, and only a size of a shoe box. I kept a distance, even though I wanted to pet him. Unexpectedly, the puppy scurried over to me...

... compound, I decided to rest. Therefore, I tied him to a wooden post, and sat on the swing. A few minutes later, Gingerale started to whine in alarm. I didn’t get his message at first, but once he started to bite the leash and growl, like he was saying: “Release me!” I got off the swing and put my hands on the leash. Right that second, Gingerale lifted his leg, and urinated all over the leash, and worse, my hands. I was angry, but soon found myself laughing out of control. Holding a leash that was peed on wasn’t fun, but it was an interesting experience. That was only three things out of a million we did, but they were the most memorable ones. A year and few months of our friendship was stronger that the Great Wall. Sometimes it seemed like Gingerale was a guy stuck in a dog’s body. I told him all my secrets and he understood my feelings. We were practically pals.
When I first arrived “Lisa” The girl that I shadowed told me that there was an emergency with one of the animals. It ended up that a one-year-old beagle ate an entire thing of metabolite, and then slowly started to die. The liver had shut down, and the heart rate was up to 300. Lisa told me that taking a thing of metabolite was like taking 50 cups of coffee at once. The owners of the beagle were there and bowling. The beagle’s name was Murry. Murry's body slowly was shutting down one thing after another. The owners made the decision the dog was going to be put to sleep. We got the dog ready to be taken out. They undid all the cords from the dog so they could take it to another room. I said goodbye to the dog, and then they took it into the other room so that the owners could be there when they put him to sleep. After that happened they then had to put a sleep a little hedgehog that had cancer on its mouth. We then did two regular checkups with one cat and with one dog. Those when great. After that we had a dog come in and it ended up having an affection that might end up killing it. I never heard the end result. The last thing that I did there was that a black lab had been bitten by another dog, and that dog ripped a hole in the neck of the black lab. The doctors had to perform surgery on the dog to close up the holes in the neck. They first had to clean it out with qutips. And blood stated to come out right then I was a little dizzy and I thought I was going to faint. But thank god I didn’t. I saw a cat get dental work on it. And a cat get a bath and they had to blow dry it and brush the hair while it was a sleep.
It was a beautiful autumn afternoon, and the wind was blowing ever so softly, gently rustling the colorful leaves throughout the park. She loved to walk through the park on days like these with her dog, her best friend. He sampled the fresh air into his chest as he proudly pranced along at his owner’s heels. He was beautiful, with a shiny, sleek, short coat of a honey color, and well defined muscles contracting at every pace. They were family, companions, and in sync, enjoying a break from the business of her high paced daily life. As they continued along the wide winding concrete path, another man was approaching walking in the opposite direction. The man saw the dog and shot a
One day my owner pulled me out of his pocket then turn me on with his thumb then said, “blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah ,then i said turn back two blocks turn to the right then your your destination will be on your right then he put me back in his pocket but he forgot to turn me off.I tried to keep my mouth shut but there were so many questions to answer the then fell asleep then i woke up to hearing to sliding glass door are we home i whispered then i heard logan stomping on floor i’m home i whispered but i didn’t hear derrick then peeped out of my owners pocket we're not home i almost yelled then the oldest boy got curious then looked at me i pretend to be off then he
Then she looked at me. I thought that she was looking at me for the first time. But then, when she turned around behind the lamp and I kept feeling her slippery and oily look in back of me, over my shoulder, I understood that it was I who was looking at her for the first time. I lit a cigarette. I took a drag on the harsh, strong smoke, before spinning in the chair, balancing on one of the rear legs. After that I saw her there, as if she'd been standing beside the lamp looking at me every night. For a few brief minutes that's all we did: look at each other. I looked from the chair, balancing on one of the rear legs. She stood, with a long and quiet hand on the lamp, looking at me. I saw her eyelids lighted up as on every night. It was then that I remembered the usual thing, when I said to her: "Eyes of a blue dog." Without taking her hand off the lamp she said to me: "That. We'll never forget that." She left the orbit, sighing: "Eyes of a blue dog. I've written it everywhere."
She must be at Lady’s house!”. Now, Lady is the neighbor dog and she lives about two blocks down the street... “And how do you think on getting there?” I think to myself. “Just walk! I can’t drive, so that’s the only way to get there!” I notice that talking to myself is wasting precious daylight. Now I’m walking down the ditch, scouring holes, tuffs of grass, and anything that resembles and dog. Finally, I reach the house where Shiloh is supposed to be at. To my surprise, I spot a little white tipped tail running around a tarp shed in the driveway. “Boy! Shiloh is a speedy little thing!” I say in my subconscious. I take off at full speed, trying to be as agile as possible, dodging mess and clutter around the yard. As I round the corner of the tarp shed, I turn behind me to see a ginormous German Shepherd chasing me like a fox chases a rabbit. With the little energy I have left, I push my little legs to the max in an attempt to escape this beast of a k-9. I fall just short of freedom. All I can do is lay there, hoping the ferocious dog is just coming over to my side to lick my cheek in a kind manner.I see something that is branded into my brain for the rest of my life; a big, furry, foaming at the mouth, vicious animal is jumping with its mouth wide open, right for my foot. I see its razor sharp fangs plunge into my foot, through my sock and leather shoe. “So this is how it ends!” I think as the dog tries to rip my foot off. As I scream bloody hell, my sight is in slow motion, back and forth, back and forth goes my limp leg in Lady’s mouth. The rest goes
I met her in the autumn right after she had taken a terrible fall going to her mailbox and I was hired by her family as an in home aide. Her name was Jane* and she became a fast friend and provided me with never to be forgotten lessons that cant be taught within the walls of a school. Jane took the time to prove to me that I was worth loving and showed me unconditional love that at the time I couldn’t find. In the end all I have left are a few cherished memories, a pearl necklace, and some of the best lessons in life.

I met the man to pick my choice of dog. I was brought into a room and in this room was a basket overflowing with sleeping puppies. They were two months old black and white but also a few brindle. Some had escaped and wandered off walking. Each one was five hundred dollars, not a price that bothered me since I saved enough for this. This small half black and white face male puppy really caught my attention. “That one!” Nothing was changing my mind on that. That puppy was going to be Bentley. All of my life, I had waited for this. He makes his arrival to his new
When I think back to the days when I was a child, I think about all of my wonderful childhood memories. Often I wish to go back, back to that point in life when everything seemed simpler. Sometimes I think about it too much, knowing I cannot return. Yet there is still one place I can count on to take me back to that state of mind, my grandparent’s house and the land I love so much.
Driving up to the house, I saw all the little critters running around and having a ball of a time. I got into the pen with the pups, and finally decided on the shy runt, who spent the majority of his time hiding under a board. I loved his personality and instantly knew he was the dog for me. I named him Charlie, and from that point on our master/dog relationship began. At the time I lived in a small two bedroom house with a fenced yard near Wanamaker Road.
What are the places you remember fondly from childhood? Places I remember fondly from childhood are my camp, the West Virginia State Fair, and my aunt’s sandwich shop. My bivouac was one of my favorites because The surrounding nature engulfed it and had trails that led to enchanting places that I could ride off road. Another place I enjoyed to go was the West Virginia State Fair, my whole family made a trip there together. Finally, my third favorite place was my aunt’s sandwich shop in Clinton, Tennessee.
I can surely say that I won't be able to forget about our love story. You were the most beautiful thing that could ever happen in my life. The most tender feeling I have ever endured. Having you in my life and having the opportunity to meet you brought warmth, love, and passion to my heart and soul. The fact that we decide to go separate ways has filled my heart with coldness, sadness and fear, not knowing if you would ever come back to me and perhaps you would forget me bring tears to my eyes.
When I was a young child I would love to hear my parents tell me that we were going on a trip. I would be full of excitement, because I knew that we would be going to a place that I had never seen before. My parents, my brother, and I would pack our luggage and venture out in our small gray minivan. Three of my most cherished memories in our minivan are when we went to Disney World, the beach, and the mountains.
It was a dreadful afternoon, big droplets of rain fell directly on my face and clothes. I tasted the droplets that mixed with my tears, the tears I cried after the incident. The pain in my foot was excruciating. It caused me to make a big decision of whether I should visit you or not. I decided I would. I limped towards my bright, blue car where my bony, body collapsed onto the seat. I started the engine up but at the same time being cautious of my bleeding foot. I then drove to the destination where I was bound to meet you. I was bound to meet you after three years of counselling from my last appearance with you. I guess all I can remember is the scarring....
I do not remember any time in my life, when I was not aware of books. My earliest memory is of my uncle telling me a story about a wicked dragon, which steals a treasure, and the group of heroes, who go to confront him in battle. He used to tell me this story in sequels, a small amount every week, so by the time next week came up, I would be totally waiting in anticipation. It was when I started reading myself, that I realized that he had been retelling Tolkien's "The Hobbit". To this day "The Hobbit" is one of my favorite books, I read it to bring back memories of my child hood, when I’m depressed, or when I plain don’t have anything else to read.
