Child Abuse is so much more extended than just doubts and pain.

Child Abuse is a topic that may hit some hard and unwillingly, but it’s something that needs notice in this world. Generations have attempted numerous times to try to stop and help this issue. Laws have been passed, organizations to help the wounded soul, and countless other options to help the struggle. This issue comes and scars so many children throughout the country of the US, so let their voices be heard in empathy and passion. Let the violence towards children slowly come to a halt and let it stay that way in endless rest. Child abuse is painfully wrong, traumatizing, and affecting millions of children everyday, child abuse can be helped and prevented if people wished to in the US.

Children from ages 1-16 still face child abuse, and the pessimistic thing is that when children grow the scaring stays and follows them like a ghost of the past. Some, they grow up and have a family of their own and have kids, but the only issues are that they have …show more content…

The frequency of women who had been abused as children was much greater than we had thought. We soon had 4 groups and more than 50 names on a waiting list. I learned about the tremendous cost of keeping the family secret. I learned of the emotional pain that can result from feeling different. As an educator I was appalled at my previous lack of awareness of the consequences of abuse. I vowed to somehow assist in giving a voice to those survivors who can teach us what it was to live with abuse and how to help today's
