Cedarville Reflection

In the course of my education during college I plan to study at either Cedarville University or Moody Bible institute. At cedarville I plan to study elementary education with an extension of special education. I choose this major because I love working with children especially those who need extra help because it challenges me and my character and also helps the child develop.Also I have been accepted to this school. During my last two years of highschool I have been in a vocational program working with children ages six months to five years of age. This program has challenged me and my teaching skills and has helped me grow as a teacher. We have a pre-school during three days of the week where we plan everything around a theme and them teach

it to the kids.This program has made me a better teacher and person. I picked Cedarville as a school because I have heard so many great things about how well everybody learns. I plan to teach after I graduate from this college and help with the special education program.  
During my years at Moody I plan on studying pre-counseling, moody is still deciding on my application but pre-counseling interests me because it is another form of helping others. I plan on studying this major to become a better problem solver and listener, this major could benefit me personally and career wise. I choose pre-counseling because it is something new and different from what I do. This interests me because I could help people like I have always wanted to. I picked moody because even though they have limited majors each one is very well taught and interesting After my years at moody I plan on being a guidance counselor or a social worker. This educarin will further my knowledge in how people think and how I should help those in need.
