Back in the 1700s slavery was a big part of the agricultural production. During this time discrimination was a huge problem. Discrimination means, separating two types of race or just two types of anything. Discrimination is unjust rules, non-equal treatment, and not equal to the ones who are different. Unjust rules are usually laws. Most of the time unjust rules apply to racism. Racism and unjust rules can range in many different ways. During the early 1700s blacks and whites really didn’t get along. Whites used the black people as workers on their plantations, and had the blacks do all of the dirty work so the whites wouldn’t have to do it. Today, racism is not as big a problem as it used to be. Non equal treatment happens
