Officer Wilkins called me as soon as he was released and en route to Kids’ Space. Officer Wilkins also informed me that they took a urine sample to test at the hospital and the only thing they observed was alcohol in his system and that his B.A.C. was 0.15. Contact with Victim: I arrived at Kids’ Space and made contact with Officer Wilkins. I spoke with him briefly to see if anything else had come out since the last we spoke. He said there wasn’t and that he was going to draft up his report. I then went and introduced myself to Holliday and his parents, who were at the facility with him.
