I carried out this case study on Mrs. Casey (Pseudonym), any 86 year old woman who underwent an elective left total hip replacement (THR). After the OT student studied Mrs. Casey's past medical history in her medical chart, it was noted that she had previously undergone a right THR in 2011, which had been successful and free from complications. Ms. Casey had no other significant past medical history and had been an independent and active woman before the progression of her arthritis. Ms. Casey was required to have total hip replacements carried out on both hip joints as a result of severe Osteoarthritis (OA), which lead to stiffness, pain, and an eventual decrease in mobility, affecting her quality of life and involvement in meaningful occupations.

Prior to Phyllis was Joe Gates who left his first principalship after only two years. Preceding to Joe, Lonna Self led the high school for four years and was forced out by the board. The primary diagnosis for Amanda Anderson is separation anxiety disorder (SAD) with a co-morbidity of school phobia. Separation anxiety disorder is commonly the precursor to school phobia, which is “one of the two most common anxiety disorders to occur during childhood, and is found in about 4% to 10% of all children” (Mash & Wolfe, 2010, p. 198). Amanda is a seven-year-old girl and her anxiety significantly affects her social life. In 1981, an official at a hospital, suspected improprieties by Dr. Ortega’s in his management of a residency program. Hospital officials conducted an investigation, which involved numerous searches of his office and the seizure of a several of items as evidence. The evidence was later used at California State Personnel Board proceedings, to impeach the credibility of witnesses that testified on behalf of Dr. Ortega's. In the interview, I asked her what kind of relationship does she have with her students and she said that she puts them at the same level as here because she doesn’t like the idea one person being superior to someone else. She used a supporting leadership style by allowing her students to feel free to think outside of the box without any judgment while still knowing that she will be there to help if they need it. She also said that she adapts her leadership style depending on the student she is working with. She understands that some people need more help than others and ensures her students that she does not play favorites with any students. Trevino is a very team oriented leader and embraces problem solving skills in her teaching methods. She shows traits of the Transformational Leader by always reassuring her Student Leadership Team that she is not her for the paycheck. Instead, she is here to make sure that every student is prepared for life after high school. Whenever she talks to her students, you can tell that she is passionate and truly cares about each and every one of their personal well beings inside and outside of school.
The Instructional leadership team meeting took place on November 15, 2017. The people in the meeting were: cooperating teacher; Amber Merrick, field supervisor; Melba Foster, and teacher candidate, Aide K Soto. The meeting started with acknowledgments by Aide K Soto to recognize Miss. Merrick for her support, expertise, and gentleness. Miss. Soto reflected on her last experiences including; first teaching performance, meetings with colleagues, relationships with students, and interactions with parents. In the areas of strengths, Miss. Soto recognized that being bilingual aid her to communicate with Spanish speaking parents. Relating to areas of improvement, Miss. Soto needs to learn more about school activities
We, the parents of Aileen Padua, would like to tell you a little bit about our daughter, who is a senior currently attending University High School. As you should know, Aileen is our youngest daughter, whose older sister graduated in 2005 from University High School. We believe that Aileen will become successful as her older sister, who now resides in New York CIty working as an attorney.
She is also an instructor for the School of Social Work at New Mexico Highlands University and can instruct her social policy classes from Clovis Community College. She earned her BSW at Eastern New Mexico University and her MSW from New Mexico Highlands University. I find it amazing that she has time to teach while working more than forty hours a week. She keeps a daily schedule on her computer to stay focus and organize. These are two important steps to success in organizational skills.
