The Subjects that I would need for this career pathway are subjects like, P.E, English, Maths, Civics and Citizenship or any other subject that informs you about different parts of the law, many subjects in school could help me get into the detective career but these are the main subjects required for this career.
Where can I go to complete the training required?
Training required for getting into the police force or detective career is a little different from your normal career training. Usually to complete the training required for different jobs you have to go to TAFE or a university. For my chosen career path I have to join the police recruits. My training will then be performed on the base. Once I have completed my training I have to do four years of normal police service before I can do detective

English, Sociology, Psychology, Personal Computer Operations, Survey of Criminal Justice, and Principles of Criminology are classes that need to be taken to complete a criminal justice major. I want to investigate, learn about different issues and put the pieces of Puzzle together. According to Wikipedia a detective is “an investigator, usually a member of a law enforcement agency. I have most of these skills already form prior occupations, but I need to build on these skills to improve them. Building them would be simple because I can volunteer at police stations to gain work experience, and to take related courses Discovering Policing (Matrix Group International, Inc.). While I’m in high school I should be able to take computer science, in the future detectives should take two to three semesters of computer science. All college students should partake in career exploration project because it gives structure and direction. The result from an assessment identifies and prioritizes which careers will best suit an individual person or student. The whole process of obtaining a job in law enforcement is a long and grueling process. Not only do you have to fill out extensive paperwork, you have to take a physical training test, a psychological evaluation test, an oral interview, meet some common requirements, and then go through the police academy, if you have not done so yet.
