An American hero is not just a person that goes out and fights for our country. It is someone who makes a change and stands up for something that is not right. Many decades ago, we had many “American Hero’s” that fought and risked their lives day and night to change America. One of these American heroes’ is Jackie Robinson. Most of you all know that he fought for the equality of rights on the baseball field, but he did more than just that.
In The First Avenger his choice was obvious, America and its allies were at war against Nazis, saving people was the right thing to do, and as a soldier it came easily. Nevertheless, it is also true that one could say that this choice was mostly motivated by his grief, having seen Bucky fall from a train and having been unable to prevent it. However, in The Winter Soldier, the world is not at war though some Americans, those who could stand up for themselves and make a difference, were targeted. Steve Rogers refuses to submit to what he judges as unreasonable orders and which he will soon discover to be HYDRA's. He is down-to-earth and smart enough to realize he needs allies. His honesty and idea of justice, something fair not by his country's politics but by humanist standards, together with his eloquence, make him a perfect leader. Someone so noble that anyone would look up to him. Despite the power of his words and his untainted reputation, the fact that people would usually follow him without a second thought, he never abuses of the faith put in him. On the contrary, he does his best to be worthy and keep on fighting for what people need, and for their safety, for their freedom. Malcolm X was a hero for his time and beyond. I believe that a true hero deviates from society, and follows his own compass. A hero fights against all odds, and makes new ones. He fights for more than his own struggles but the struggles of every single person, and for generations to come. Malcolm X was a hero in more ways than one. He was a true hero.
For many years the American Hero has filled the silver screen and wide screened television sets, along with shelves of countless bookstores. Audiences love to see the protagonist overcome great odds, defeat the forces of evil, and save the beautiful girl at the last second. The character of the American Hero however, is not a new idea. Movies have evolved a great deal since the days when a couple fighting scenes and a small love story satisfied audiences. Today movie plots are much more complicated and have much more action, thanks to modern day technologies. Although these new technologies seem to make movies increasingly complicated, some crucial roles in movies will never change. One thing that has remained constant in the film industry is the role of the hero. No matter what the genera of the film and or when the film was made the hero’s always share similar characteristics and are put through similar series of tests to prove their heroism. When these tests are completed it seems to pull everything together in their films. Although the hero Shane in the movie Shane and the hero Ripley in the movie Aliens are from two separate generas and are also from separate time periods, the hero’s in each movie share characteristics and are put through similar tests that make them, in theory, one in the same. Heroic characteristics start to become evident right from the start of each of the movies.

Although Cap doesn’t die in the Infinity War comics, he does get defeated in Issue #4 of the Infinity Gauntlet series, on which Avengers: Infinity War is most likely based. It is unclear whether he dies or not in the Infinity Gauntlet series. The Russo Brothers might want to kick the Infinity Gauntlet story up a notch by killing off Steve, or just kill him because his death is overdue since the events of Civil War”(“6 Reasons Why It Makes Sense To Kill Off
