Welcome to the YellowJacket Consulting Service Group (YCSG). YCSG was formed in May 2014 by a group of students from LeTourneau University in Longview, Texas with the purpose of providing administrative services for businesses. Diversified by our extensive background in a myriad of fields from accounting to human resource management to information technology to marketing, YCSG is committed to providing the best in business administrative services. Our purpose is to serve the East Texas business community with exceptional and responsive answers to all business needs. Our subject matter experts are here to serve to help provide consulting and professional advice to all organizations both profit and non-profit. Our mission statement is as follows: “YellowJacket Consulting Service Group or YCSG is committed to providing exceptional, sound professional advice and systems to all business organizations for the greater East Texas community.”
With a staff of twenty-five fulltime experts in a variety of professional business areas and a part-time staff of over eighty, including university student interns, YCSG is committed to providing the most dynamic and professional answers to all business needs. Taught in a Christian-based collegiate environment, YCSG is committed to carry forward the value of servant service in all aspects of our company, providing complete services from inception and planning to training employees to follow-up support with all our clients. Henderson in Boston, Massachusetts in 1963 to be the Management Consulting Division serving the Boston Safe Deposit and Trust Company; The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is now a global management consulting firm which is the world’s leading advisor on business strategy (BGG, 2014). With at least two offices at each continent, BCG is a private company that serves those in public, private as well as not-for-profit sectors. Some of the areas in which BCG provides it’s services to are, but not limited to, postmerger integration, transformation, strategy information technology and management in a two-speed economy (Bloomsberg, 2014). This year, The Boston Consulting Group earned the honor of being placed 3rd on the list of the “100 Best Companies to Work For”, falling just behind Google and SAS.
