The battle between FWD and RWD last for 50 years. I’m writing this essay to prove that the RWD is the correct layout for 2WD vehicles. Customers are confused by the matter of which wheels actually drive the vehicle, and which is best for their particular needs. There are four main drive forms: front-wheel drive (FWD), rear-wheel drive (RWD), four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD). Each has its advantages, and no single layout is best for all situations. Normally, sedan are based on the FWD and the RWD, the other two are used for SUV and trucks.
4) Viral-Quotient per Content (Any Media) - Most popular YouTube video was viewed 200,000 times. On an average, a video was viewed 1600 times. This builds upon the idea of Customer engagement, and Content distribution in the social space, that relates heavily to the very purpose of such a campaign. Also, this entire communication was user-generated, so the message didn’t look, at least to say, to be coming out in the form of ‘Company Promotion’.
Ford- focused differentiation, medium pricing, breadth of product line is high. A strength is their pick-up truck market share, a weakness is perceived reliability and styling on some of the lines.
Strategy implementation involves establishing programs and tactics to create a series of new organizational activities, budgets to allocate funds to the new activities, and procedures to handle the day-to-day details (Wheelen, Hunger, Hoffman, & Bamford, 2015). Essentially, after a company determines the direction of their program, it is the how that particular direction will be accomplished. It also answers the question of what resources must be moved or sold to meet the allocated budget. For example, Ford Motor Company set up a program with the sole purpose of discovering alternatives to the foam that was being used in the manufacturing of car seats (Ford Motor Company, n.d.). While this program has a great deal of potential, there are different aspects that would have to be measured and verified before it can be considered a successful course of action by the company.

Ford Motor Company relies on strong relationships with suppliers and we welcome new suppliers with great products and ideas.
Firstly, Ford can implement a differentiation strategy. Differentiation is when a company chooses to do something out of the ordinary compared to its competitors. These differences can vary from colours of the car, different types of functions of the car, type of materials being used and the design of the car. In order for Ford to gain a large amount of profit, the cost of introducing a new feature must be affordable and there must be a reasonable expectation that customers will pay a higher price for the product which is redesigned. For example, if Ford has created a car that is able to park on its own (Ford Focus) when cars from other companies has not created such function, then Ford has created a differentiation which provides Ford with a strong competitive advantage. So, Ford can take this strategy into account to diverse themselves from their competitors. This also enhances the image of the company by creating such high quality technology and will attract more customers by making use of this technology. This is because customers are always looking from something out of the norm and this portrays their status, value and taste in the business world.
