My Future
Business Administration is my future, down the road I see myself working in a max business place, working as the administrator in the floor department in the company 's main complex. Working my 40 hour weeks, managing, hiring, and firing people as they come and go. All considering I support my family in the end.
For me to get my college education, major, get my degree and have my learning education to be an administrator in business, maybe even be a manager, I’ll need my basic education requirements in Fresno State University. Fresno State requires 48 Units to be able to learn in business and I have to get at least C’s in the education, if I pass I’ll be placed in Pre-Business. In Pre-Business, I’ll have to take ACCT 4A, 4B; BA 18; DS 71, 73; ECON 40 or AGBS 1; ECON 50 which should give the 16 units to pass Pre-Business classes. Business also requires ENTR 81, 151, 153, 157, 165; HRM 152, 153, 154. These are all the requirements for business majoring at Fresno State listed on education information for a total of 120 credits (Business). Education cost comes in handy if I haven’t decided where I want to go because Jr. colleges usually run around 3,500 - 9,000 dollars a year which also depends on how long / how high of a business education I pursue, stated by US College it’s a better choice to go to a public school versus a private ran or accepted college. If I choose to move on a higher education it’ll start to cost more going going for a bachelor degree at a private school can start to cost me from 8,000 to 20,000 a year (State). Public Schools being an option, Fresno State is a viable option that I would enjoy going to costing me around the range listed earlier a...

After brainstorming and finishing Bolles’ questions, I discovered that my ideal career would be in a small organization, where the coworkers collaborate closely; it would be in a city with a sizeable population of people my age, where craft products and small businesses flourish. Likewise, the organization would be focused on providing a service that gives back to those in the community, hopefully combatting the cycle of poverty. In the organization, I would like to be coordinating people or events, and doing other behind-the-scenes duties that keep the whole place running.
It is evident that people have different and unique desires when it comes to career interests. Therefore, this desire is the driving motive for people in their career growth and development. Perhaps, the first step towards selecting a satisfying career is to find out the things that are exciting and a source of joy. I have always found business management an interesting career option because my ultimate objective is to become among the leading businesspersons. Business management involves dealing with various kinds of people and a lot of strategic decision-making, which are the two major important attributes of a business person (O'Grady, 2009). Business management career is an interesting career, because it is one of the ways that an individual can become their own boss through establishing a business and seeing it through to success. In this particular research, my focus was based on Apple Inc (Hitt, Hoskisson & Ireland, 2013). It is one of the leading companies in the mobile phones and computer industry. Its success is accredited to the manner in which management has been handled within the company.

It's hard for me to say where I'll be in the years to come, already my life has strayed from the path I once thought it would follow. However, that doesn't change my motivation or determination to reach and excel at my personal goals. My whole life I've endured a system that dictated what should be important to me, and while it's helped me learn the practical skills I need outside of an academic setting, I have a passion to grow further from what's expected of me, and so with much enthusiasm I look forward to attending college in which I hope to achieve more by constantly learning and expanding my personal knowledge.

I intend to at least get honor roll both semesters and hopefully get straight A’s in on my progress reports. As for my future, I have already constructed a blueprint which will commence after my college years. First, I want to employ as a flight attendant for a Japanese airline, such as JAL Express or ANA Wings, so I can travel the world. Few years later, I would like to teach Japanese at a high school. Along the way, I would volunteer as an animal activist and help fight for animal cruelty. After my teaching career is done, I would love to own a cat café at Ventura.
My ultimate career goal is to be a general human resource manager or recruiter for a high-tech or pharmaceutical company. These are industries in which I foresee great potential for growth in the future. I enjoy every aspect of my major, and I look forward to the variety of tasks and obstacles I will face as an H.R. manager. The prospect of interacting with people on a daily basis appeals to me immensely in a job.
I am currently looking for work as an Administrative Assistant with the goal of becoming a Business Administrator or General Manager in the future. I have been in the workforce for a couple of decades now and have had the opportunity to experience many different career paths. Administrative Assistants have a broad range of duties that I think would utilize and hone my existing skills as well as offer me insight into how different departments function; this combined with my work history would make me a great future manager.

In summary, throughout my life many career choices have crossed my mind. I have tried being a stay-at-home mom and a hospital employee. I am working on trying computers. The path I chose in computers is yet to be decided but the opportunities are vast. My current path leaves me many opportunities in healthcare and computers but the possibilities do not stop there. With further education I could still do anything.
I have the ability to balance work and time to relax. It is very important to me that I do what I love and love what I do. When an individual is doing what they are meant to do, they realize their potential and purpose in life. I feel that this correlates to me in my life now, because I chose to come to Limestone to play softball and get an education as a Health Care Administrator. I am satisfied everyday in both of these important goals and reward myself for the accomplishments that I achieve to reach those goals. I one-day hope to contribute my skills and talents to my work that will be rewarding to me and people I work for. I hope to attain job satisfaction and many other important components needed for my path to becoming successful in the
My personal vision of the future is not something I have taken a significant amount of time to ponder in the past. I have general ideas of where I see myself both personally and professionally in future but have not identified specific steps to get there or pondered why I want to be in that situation. When taking on this somewhat daunting task of identifying my future self it is important to identify my driving values, philosophy, dreams, and my personal calling. Self-reflection on these characteristics and preferences are key to a developing a successful picture of the future.
