Develop a consistent regiment, and also develop a thought of your own personal goal of what your body would look like as a positive image. Your weight is not the definition of who you are. Deleting the toxic myths will improve the process, or would help on the mental side of things. Pay attention to the friends you keep around yourself. subconsciously not knowing that most of your friends are thinner than you or you may consider to be attractive. This is also a problem. Not a problem that needs fixing but something to realize within yourself. Their are multiple myths such as working hard at your body can make you slender, extreme dieting, appearance is more important than your health.
