Due to weak primary and preventive health care services Pakistan has a double burden of communicable diseases as well as non-communicable diseases. We can conduct studies and with the use statistical information to address all the public health issues in Pakistan and plan for future like starting new preventive care programs or recommend reforms in the existing programs. According to World Health organization, Pakistan proportion mortality which is the percentage of total deaths for all ages and both sexes. The proportionate mortality rate of cardiovascular diseases is 19%, Cancers is 8%, chronic respiratory diseases is 6%, injuries 11%, diabetes 3%, other non-communicable diseases is 15% and Communicable, maternal, prenatal and nutritional conditions is 38%. These all are conditions are easily preventable.
