Who comes to your mind when you think of the word leader? Barack Obama?Oprah Winfrey? Bill Gates? Well, what do all these people have in common that make you think of the word leader? They all altered the world in some way. Some more than others but they all draw out to the same conclusion, they are perceived as world leaders. They, like any one of us, had and still have to work hard to gain our title. I believe it takes time in order to develop your skills to be a good leader. The skills needed would be motivation, perseverance, responsibility and most of all confidence. They need motivation and perseverance to push themselves and their followers to keep going even if the road gets difficult. They must assume their responsibilities yet own
