I. What is the Biblical Framework
For total understanding, the sole purpose of the Bible, God’s Word, is to reveal God to man. In other words, the Bible is the self-revelation of God to all of humanity. To humanity, it tells them who they are. Not only that, but it tells them of their sin and of God’s plan of salvation in Jesus Christ. Moreover, some see the Bible as a divine framework that guides one to live righteously according to the exposed wicked.
When the Bible is truly read to be understood, man will discover what is known as the Biblical Framework in Genesis 3 and Proverbs 28:1. For the most part, it reveals that man, whether a believer or unbeliever, has been created by God that when he violates what is known of God’s law, his conscience judges him guilty. From it, he anticipates and fears the judgment of God for his sin and he flees from God, even before God begins to move in judgment. However, when man’s way is righteous, his conscience affirms his integrity with peace, confidence, and relationship with his Creator.
Plainly speaking, the Biblical Framework highlights two facts. First, righteousness produces a feeling of peace in an individual’s heart, a self-assurance before God, and an overwhelming want to draw near to

This form of love is the fruit of God’s Spirit in the believer’s life. It is the love which God commands man to have toward God Himself and toward all others, even his enemies. When one has consistent perfect, complete, or mature agape, he will be absent of fear (1 John 4:18) and no need to flee. Furthermore, agape love is a volitional attitude in the heart, which may or may not result in physical emotion. Essentially, this Christian love is concern and benevolence towards others, whether or not he feels love or loving. It is not concerned with how we feel but how we act. Basically, agape love will be seen in one’s attitude and
middle of paper ... ... The Agape love style shows unselfish concern along with physical sacrifice and nurturing for others. Nowhere in either of these two relationships could it be said that there was an Agape love style shown. In truth, it appears that no relationships that occurred in Random Family, whether it be with a significant other or within a family unit itself, had the aspects of an Agape style love in them.
The revelation of God's righteousness is the Gospel. To accept the sheer grace of God, not to come to him with the idea that you can earn rightstanding on your own. As Tim Keller once put it, "The Christian Gospel is that I am so flawed that Jesus had to die for me, yet I am so loved and valued that Jesus was glad to die for me. This leads to deep humility and deep confidence at the same time. It undermines both swaggering and sniveling. I cannot feel superior to anyone, and yet I have nothing to prove to anyone. I do not think more of myself or less of myself. Instead, I think of myself less."
Metanarrative Essay The Biblical metanarrative can be explained by a Christian as the true and triumphant story from the beginning in Genesis until the future is prophesied in Revelation. Others who may not be a Christian do not understand the true power and love God has over us and for us and may just simply see it as a story or a rule book that they don’t want to follow. They see the Bible and all the things and plans God has for us and our lives and just think they don’t want any part of it and instead they live in sin. It is important that these people not only learn the true story but understand it as well.
Worldview is how you view certain views from a certain perspective, such as a Christian worldview would be how you view certain views from a Christian perspective. Everything in life is affected by worldview and everyone has one. As Christians, our worldview is using the Bible for our starting on our views. An example of a worldview is, according to the article “What is a Christian Worldview?”, “Christianity as taught in the Bible is itself a worldview.” 77 words.
The word, scripture, means “writing” or “writing of truth”. The New Testament gives a very specific definition as well as purpose of Scripture. The Bible says that all Scripture is inspired by God and is good for c...
Ken Ham, president of Answers in Genesis, once said, “What you believe about who you are, where you came from, affects your whole worldview.” As a Christian, Ken Ham understands that believers must have a clear understanding of their origin and for what purpose they were created if they are to be unwavering in their beliefs. This foundational knowledge is provided by God in his word. While the entire Bible is important and no part should be undervalued, the first few chapters are some of the most critical in the construction of the believer’s worldview. Genesis 1-11 is essential in the construction of a biblical worldview and reveals to Christians God’s purpose for the world, humans, relationships, and civilizations.
Although a worldview ensues what a person believes about the great questions of life, a biblical worldview stands far more intense since it’s filtered through the bible and the outlook stays Christ focused. The book of Romans in the Bible provides an example of what a biblical worldview should be like. As a result of Paul’s truths in Romans 1-8, believers have been able to grasp an understanding of the teachings that express the idea of a biblical worldview that God intended us to perceive.
All people have a worldview based on personal beliefs that form their reality and what they feel is meaningful in life. I am a Christian with a biblical worldview, which is based on the word of God. My faith in Jesus as my savior is what drives the meaning of who I am and the importance of life. The Book of Romans 1-8 provides the word of God and answers questions about how Christians can live a righteous life for our savior Jesus Christ.
D.A. Carson introduces the essay by explaining the overall difficulty of interpreting the Bible in honesty and truth. Because the Bible is the Word of Truth, Carson informs the reader of the importance in understanding the Word of God before accepting the difficult task of interpreting it. He continues by focusing on the idea of hermeneutics and three primary ways that the interpretation of text has changed in the past few years.
The Bible is the inspired word of God. The Bible helps individuals derive at the truths by which they should govern our lives. It is from the Bible that people learn about God, his creations, the Trinity, redemption, sin, salvation, hope, and what is morally correct. The Bible discloses the will of God for humankind, for the family, for raising children, for proper behavior in society, etc. individuals learn the direct will of God from the bible.

The authors acknowledge that many books have been written on this topic. Their goal is to be unique by focusing on different types of literature (genres) so their readers will understand how to properly interpret them in the context they were written. This review will examine the principles the authors use to interpret the Bible. The review will summarize the book, followed by a critique, and a conclusion.
Spanning fifteen hundred years with over 30,700 manuscripts, extensive archaeological evidence and 2000 prophecies that have been fulfilled, the Bible is God 's word to us. (Yohn, 2013). In the Bible, the Father is essentially giving us a picture of the history of the world and is also leading us to a place where we must make a decision that involves whether we choose to accept his son or reject him and remain guilty. Additionally, the Word of God tells us what happened that caused this breach between us and God, the result of this and how God has rectified it through the blood of his son. In fact, from the beginning of the Bible (written 1400 B.C.) to the last book (A.D. 96), God is showing us why we need Jesus and how to find him. Just as a plant’s root system propagates and occupies the pot that encloses it, Jesus permeates the entire Bible. Therefore, the motif of the Bible is the story of the redemption of mankind and it all points to Jesus as the messiah and savior who secures this for all.
Answering these questions is the purpose of this essay. I begin by arguing that the Bible cannot be adequately understood independent of its historical context. I concede later that historical context alone however is insufficient, for the Bible is a living-breathing document as relevant to us today as it was the day it was scribed. I conclude we need both testimonies of God at work to fully appreciate how the Bible speaks to us.
The bible is what helps keeps our faith alive as it contains a rich amount of history that tells us of God’s revelation and the ways how our faith works. Although the bible contains numerous works of different people, it is still a work of God that helps our faith remain constant and grow, as everything written was under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. In some way, I was able to understand the value also of the other books, as before I did not really take interest of the other books included bible, aside from the likes of the Gospels, Genesis, Exodus, Psalms, and Proverbs. Nevertheless, I realized that the books are all part of the bible as each has a purpose to serve and stands as a testament to the infidelity of humanity, and of God’s unfailing love for
