I’m motivated to travel abroad because I believe it is one of the best ways to learn.
I wanted to experience things I haven’t been able to while growing up in a suburb in Minnesota.
My goals with travel are to see as many of the world’s landscapes & cultures as possible.
My biggest driver to travel and study abroad is curiosity.
No matter where I go or what kind of trip I take, I always end up learning something strange or wonderful or new. Travel has taught me so much: language, culture, food, history, society, fashion, religion, but most importantly, about friendship. This leads me to the other reason I’m motivated to travel: the people I meet. I love that travel challenges me and forces me to think different about the world, and I’m drawn to others like that. Inevitably, we seem to find each other on the road, and all of my best and most meaningful relationships, whether we’re ships passing in the night or friends for years, can be linked back to travel.”

Ben Feinberg wrote What Students Don’t Learn Abroad about how students will go to other countries, but when they are asked “what they learned” (Feinberg 1) they answer by saying things like, “I became a risk-taker, or I can do anything I put my mind to” (Feinberg 1-2), but they do not share anything about what the other country was like, instead they talk about how the trip changed them, or taught them something about themselves that they did not already know.
The thought of traveling sounds so fun, interesting and spontaneous. The two places I hope to travel to the most are Puerto Rico and Germany. I would like to travel to Puerto Rico because I would love to learn more about the place I was descended from. My reasoning for wanting to travel to Germany is because it’s outside the U.S. I have never been to another country, and I’m curious to see how different it is from here. I also picked two places that are very different from each other, so I could have a total different experience on each trip. These two places have some similarities, but they are more different then not. Overall, I would just love to explore and see a place that is so different from the customs, traditions,
new people as well as see new cultures. It has always been a dream of mine to travel

In this post, I 'll be discussing how I am able to afford to study abroad and hopefully it will help and inspire others to study abroad as well.
The credit that I would fulfill doing this abroad program, an advanced Western Tradition, fits perfectly in my schedule and will help me be one step closer to my early graduation. Most obviously, studying abroad will also benefit my education by giving me a wider-range of knowledge. I will get the chance to talk to numerous people of different backgrounds, hearing what they have done in their life and how they got where they are.
The food is good, the air clean, the sunshine warm, the nights chill and the sights spectacular. AND I’m an international travel junkie – say ‘NYC’ and my eyes light up. Say ‘London’ and I shudder with delight. Berlin, Vienna, Florence, Melbourne cause me to tremble with pleasure. Rio, Buenos Aires, Helsinki, Havana, Tokyo and St. Petersburg are calling and I hope to see them all.
Besides the food and beautiful attractions, I learn about different cultures, become aware of what is happening in different areas, and I gain new perspectives. This is one of the many reasons why I love and appreciate traveling; it is eye opening and makes me appreciate my life more. Above all, traveling allows me to gain new experiences to become a social worker and a more compassionate

Travel is an amazing source of inspiration. The architecture, culture and history of different locations are mind blowing. This is why travel photography is such an undefined sub-genre as it includes a wide range of things and can link to lots of other genre of photography such as; documentary, landscape, portraiture, still life can all come into travel photography. The best thing about travel photography is that it can be used as a toll to make the viewer see things they wouldn’t be able to see personally themselves weather that’s because they choose not to or because of danger or a negative opinion given by others. These images can create awareness of thing people didn’t know where going on in the world or of misunderstood things.
Have you ever thought about studying abroad? No, not just for a few months for your work-experience, but a whole year (or longer) as a transfer-student. Of course, you don’t make such a decision from one minute to the next. It needs to be thought over well. Going to college is a big change in your life because it usually means living on your own for the first time, but as a foreign student it is even a bigger change because you are on your own in another country. This is often the greatest concern for students to go abroad: to leave everything behind. They have trouble leaving their family and the familiar environment. They think this price is just too high. But if they only knew how rich they will be when they come back.
The world is a magnificent place that’s full of life and new places. Places that are waiting to be walked upon and viewed by the eye’s of travelers. To make new memories and go places that is beyond the walls of reality and new pathways of life. To truly experience the wonders that the world has to offer can be expressed by the life of one single person, setting off into the world to gain a higher purpose about the world. Traveling individually enables people to broaden their minds and accumulate new ideas and new experiences both nationally and internationally. By setting off into the world a person has the ability to learn so many new things, but also find so much about themselves while in the process of traveling.
There is nothing quite like traveling, going someplace new and finding out more about the world and yourself. Anyone can become a traveler it just takes a little bit of faith and courage. Traveling across the world or even across the country is a learning experience. When you are a traveler you see how people live and how different cultures work. It is the best educational experience you could give yourself. You see how the world works in a way no one can teach you. Seeing different cultures and people help build the person you want to be. If you are a traveler the world influences you, because when traveling, you see the good and the bad, and you learn from the right and the wrong. I am very lucky that I am able to be a traveler and see this
