Cost-benefit analysis is a systematic process for calculating and analyzing both the cost and benefit and then calculating which action is best for one to be involved in, actions such as; an activity, an decision, or a government policy and figuring out the benefits and costs of the project. One has to determine if the choice one is making is sound and that they would benefit from it rather than receiving zero gratification out of it. The cost of cheating in a University is that one will be on disciplinary probation, suspension, dismissal from Winthrop, and etc. Cheating is like a major crime in college. There are a few benefits of cheating include assuring one a good grade, with little work/studying required. The benefits I can get from an International business degree is that I will gain unparalleled knowledge of fundamentals of corporate finance and financial theory; serving as my foundation, I will be better equipped to deal with topics such as approaching risk, investment decision making, capital structures, and long/short term financial management. The cost of this major varies little, the only big problem is the payment and my pursuit towards this degree. According to the article "International Business and Career Outlook" it stated, that the average salary for International business major are $67,000-$75,000. My maximum outtake on loans while I here at school should not be any higher than $34,000. Based on a total student loan indebtedness of $34,000.00 at the terms provided, my monthly payment would be estimated at $286.91 if I take this much out with an 6% interest rate. To support repayment of these loans in these terms, it is recommended that I earn at least $16.88 hourly, $2,869.11 monthly, or $34,429.36
