Animals have always had a major impact on my life. I've rescued and raised horses, owned dogs that have become family, and had other pets like birds, rabbits and fish. I have wanted to be a veterinarian since I was eight years old because of the impact and relationships I've had with every animal I've owned. I believe that all animals have a bigger purpose than just existing. They could be your emotional support system, your companion, and some animals are used for food and helping people make money to provide for their families.
