(609) Mr. Garrison stopped by the desk this afternoon and wanted to let us know about an awful smell in his room. Mr. Garrison was not overly upset but did ask to move rooms. The guest stated that his room smelled very musty. Brandon apologized and moved the guest from 609 to 1502. Mr. Garrison was very happy to moved to the 15th floor. Mr. Garrison is a blue member and will be checking out tomorrow morning. (502) Mr. Hart called down to the desk shortly after checking in and wanted to let us know that his sheets seemed dirty. Mr. Hart said that it seemed makeup was on his sheets. We apologized and sent a housekeeper up to change the sheets. Mr. Hart was very happy to have someone replace his bedding. Holloway reported toilet was overflowed. Josh was called to check it. We apologized and moved guest from 1621 to 1616. Amenity and card were sent up. Mr. Holloway is a silver member and will check out tomorrow morning. Room 1621 is out of order due to wet carpet. (1717) Mrs. Faulkner reported to Jake that she took cold shower and was extremely upset about it. She wants her money back since she had to took a cold shower. She came to desk at 6:50PM and complained that there was no food in the concierge lounge. Zack talked with guest and apologized. Zack informed us guest also had issues with the room keys (digital key) and internet was not working. I called guest and apologized about the inconvecnies. Guest room rate was adjusted from $108 to $54 for all the inconvenices and guest was happy about it. (818) Mr. Gordon came to the desk and was upset that someone went to his room this afternoon while he was sleeping and woke him up. He stated his reservation was supposed to be for three nights from the beginning, but our system was showing his reseravtion was for 2 nights only and it was due out today. Rebecca did not know the room was a stayover. Guest was upset and asked to talk to a manager. I called guest, but he didn't answer. Update: At 8:45 guest came to the desk to buy a coke and I was able to talk with guest. I apologized for the inconvecisnes and comped his coke he was purchasing from gift shop.
