Batman pushed the crooks and then used an uppercut on the villain’s chin. Then Batman used a freeze ray gun to freeze all the villains. Suddenly, the door broke from its hinges, and a large, bulky and bold man emerged. The man wore a black mask with tubes running on its front. They were connected to a large machine on his back that seemed to be pumping a fluid into his body. I realized suddenly that this was the same man who had abducted me, the director. He now was utterly changed into a behemoth. His name was Dr. Bane.
Bane said, “Hello Batman.”
Batman replied, “Bane, you have grown old and healthy.”
They walked and stared at each other. Bane threw first punch at Batman. He got hit in the face, and he went down. Bane walked towards Batman,

and as he was trying to pick up him, Batmen kicked Bane in the groan, and he took Bane and slammed him the ground. I escaped from this mess, and I killed one of the crooks and stole his car to get out from there.
I drove away from the city into the forests and I saw a cabinet and went inside. The office was clean, full of weird books, and clean bed cheats I have stayed there for months. Every day, I will go out to the forest and hunt for animals so I could do something. One day it was different, I was walking back I just killed a rabbit, I saw a drone floating around it must be looking for me. I hid under the bushes so drone can pass me.
Once the drone went away, I rushed back home and locked the door. I had a plan I will design a bomb so that the whole building could be destroyed. I had a problem, How I get the bomb inside the building without anyone seeing me? I started to work on the bomb every day I went to the black market to collect explosive materials, I know this a dangerous job, but I have to do it. Months had passed, and I finally complete the bomb it took me exactly four months and three hours, and I want to sleep at 4 o'clock in the morning.
The next morning I woke up, dress up and drove the car to the building. I have driven about 24 hours I finally went to the basement of the

building. My heart was pumping because I was scared that I might be caught.
I had something in my hand; it was a gun, I could use this to protect myself. I walked in the dark corridors I peaked out of the wall, and I saw five guys armed with AK-47. I knew that I was screwed. I looked around to see another way out to pass the guys. I climbed into the vent and crawled for a long time. Inside of the vent, it was covered with dust, to my left of me was a spider. I could not believe, but I saw a light end of the vent.
I jumped out of the vent, and in front of me, Batmen was tied with the ropes. I looked around; I saw that above me was the central control of the building. First, I went and killed a bunch of bad guys, then untied Batmen. While I climbed towards the main building, I looked down Batman was fighting a bunch of crooks. I finally got a top of the building, put the bomb in the control center. I got the heck out of there. I heard a loud door slammed, it was Bane, he was charging at me, I pulled the switch, and the whole place was going on fire. I jumped out of the window and fell to the
ground. Someone was speaking to me, ‘’How are you feeling?” I replied in pain, “I am good, Who are you?” “Hello, my name is Bruce Wayne. I could not believe that I was with Bruce Wayne, the millionaire. Bruce turned on the news, and it said, “Bane died in the bomb.” “We did not know, who made the bomb but I want to thank him.” I turned around, and Bruce Wayne had disappeared. I took his car, and I drove off to the distance.
Watching a film, one can easily recognize plot, theme, characterization, etc., but not many realize what basic principle lies behind nearly every story conceived: the hero’s journey. This concept allows for a comprehensive, logical flow throughout a movie. Once the hero’s journey is thoroughly understood, anyone can pick out the elements in nearly every piece. The hero’s journey follows a simple outline. First the hero in question must have a disadvantaged childhood. Next the hero will find a mentor who wisely lays out his/her prophecy. Third the hero will go on a journey, either literal or figurative, to find him/herself. On this journey the hero will be discouraged and nearly quit his/her quest. Finally, the hero will fulfill the prophecy and find his/herself, realizing his/her full potential. This rubric may be easy to spot in epic action films, but if upon close inspection is found in a wide array of genres, some of which are fully surprising.
Batman and Superman are superheroes whose qualities are exaggerated in a way that is reminiscent of the gods and heroes in The Odyssey. In Fact, the superheroes from comic books emerge from the epic tradition. Epics, as you know, celebrate the great deeds of one or more legendary heroes. This epic hero is generally involved with a quest to overcome hardship, and he (and it usually is a "he") succeeds. The hero performs superhuman exploits in battle, often saving or founding a nation or the human race itself. Sound familiar? And even in terms of the superhero's body, with his bulging muscles and larger‐than‐life qualities, such figures evoke the images of Baroque masculinity. What Becomes important in these retellings, then, is how the hero makes the journey, how he faces his obstacles, and what he learns in the process.
The purpose of this paper is to provide the reader with an insight into the Super Hero Series Batman. This crime fighter originally appeared in Detective Comics issue #27 in 1939. It later became a comic book series, a TV series and a movie series. The character Batman is second only to Superman as a Super Hero. Amazingly Batman has no super powers, but he does have a lot of neat crime fighting gadgets. In this paper, we will explore the creation of Batman, his supporting cast of characters both good and bad and the gadgets he used.
There are many stories that follow Joseph Campbell's Hero's Journey, and tells the tale of a Heroic character. These fables introduces us to heroes that begin their journey in an ordinary place, then receive a call to enter an unknown world full of bizarre powers and peculiar events. These heroes often display great traits, such as bravery or intelligence, that defines their character. One of these heroic's tales is Haroun and the Sea of Stories, telling the adventures of a young man named Haroun. This essay will prove that Haroun from Haroun and the Sea of Stories by Salman Rushdie is a hero, because he possess heroic qualities. Haroun shows his heroic qualities by overcoming obstacles, helping his friends, and having good intentions.
I closed my eyes and that for sure I was dead but when I opened them the warning lights were on and thens were fading in and out. I quickly went and started rebooting the systems till they were all done. I look up to see the animatronic in front of me looking through the glass and thought I was dead.I didn’t dare take the chance to put up the camera in case it took it as a chance to get me. Then all of a sudden 6 a.m struck and it started walking away. Then I left for
It has been eight years since Batman and Commissioner Gordon disappeared. Batman takes the blame for the death of Harvey Dent, he sacrifices his all for the world’s benefit. A cat burglar and a terrorist, named Bane, foil Batman’s plans, and force Batman out of exile and into a battle.
“The journey of the hero is about the courage to seek the depths; the image of creative rebirth; the eternal cycle of change within us; the uncanny discovery that the seeker is the mystery which the seeker seeks to know. The hero journey is a symbol that binds, in the original sense of the word, two distant ideas, and the spiritual quest of the ancients with the modern search for identity always the one, shape-shifting yet marvelously constant story that we find.” (Phil Cousineau) The Hero's Journey has been engaged in stories for an immemorial amount of time. These stories target typical connections that help us relate to ourselves as well as the “real world”.
Somebody who had established higher power in their community. Somebody who tried to run from fate, and has the moment of recognition and understanding of their destiny. Batman. Even though he is considered the strong and powerful superhero of Gotham City, Batman's characteristic features show that he relates strongly to that of a "tragic" hero. In the beginning, the Batman is presented at a higher state of appreciation, even though the police see him as a vigilante. Despite his wealth, Batman, otherwise known as Bruce Wayne, is easily relatable to audiences, which makes it easy to sympathize and empathize with the character. Batman is in a constant battle within himself, trying to be the good guy, while defeating the bad guys. His morals prove true when he admits that he won't kill any of the many villians that cause destruction for Gotham City. But, because of this moral, sometimes the villians end up escaping and doing more harm then good. In the end, this interal chaos and internal battle is seen interally and externally through Batman. At the end of the most recent Batman series, The Dark Knight, his exit at the end of the movie is, in essence, his figurative death. Bruce Wayne wants to keep Gotham City safe. And with the "Batman" gone, villians will be least likely to continue to destroy and conquer. As an audience, we cling to the edge of our seats and feel dismay for our beloved superhero and what is to become of
If Batman alone was tasked with saving the world, we would all die. If Batman was tasked with saving a cat from a rabid dog, the cat would die. If Batman was tasked with walking an old women across the street, she would trip over his cape and break her hip. Batman is an inferior “superhero” - and that is reality. Here is why:
Heroes are commonly the most straightforward type of archetype to identify. Phileas Fogg, an Englishman who lives in London during the 1800s, and Will Turner, a daring commoner and self-taught fighter, share the same role in the hero cycle, but still branch out from each other in a variety of both diverse and intriguing ways. Special characteristics about Phileas Fogg (Around the World in 80 Days/Jules Verne) are that he’s very punctual about timing and he’s willing to put himself in the way of danger to help others. Will Turner (Pirates of the Caribbean/Walt Disney) is a very different, yet similar character when compared to Phileas Fogg. Turner is an accomplished blacksmith by trade and has the blood of a pirate coursing through his veins.
Unfortunately, as the most frustratingly clueless and underachieving superhero ever conceived, Superman would probably lose.
The Hero’s Journey is a pattern of narrative that appears in novels, storytelling, myth, and religious ritual. It was first identified by the American scholar Joseph Campbell in his book A Hero with Thousand Faces. Campbell also discussed this pattern in his interview to Bill Moyers which was later published as a book The Power of Myths. This pattern describes the typical adventure of the archetype known as The Hero, the person who goes out and achieves great deeds. Campbell detailed many stages in the Hero’s Journey, but he also summarized the pattern in three fundamental phases: Separation, Ordeal, and Return that all heroes, in spite of their sex, age, culture, or religion, have to overcome in order to reach the goal. Alice in Wonderland, written by Lewis Carroll, provides a good example of the Hero's Journey. This story describes the adventures of Alice, a young English girl, in Wonderland. Although she lacks some of the stages identified by Campbell, she still possesses many of them that are necessary for a Hero to be considered a Hero.
I gave my mom a kiss and walked to the bus stop. At school me and my best friend Ashley were talking about the killer and how we wanted to see if we could find him. The plan was that at 11:30 we were going to sneak out at look for him during the night. Most of the school day was normal, but at 11:43 we heard a announcement over the loudspeaker saying that are school was going into a code blue and it was not a drill. A code blue is where we have to hide and turn off of of the lights because there is a intruder in the school.
I must have fallen asleep, because next thing I knew we were at this big office building in front of a desk. The lady behind it said they were going to find us a new family to stay with, that it would be okay. Are we hungry? Thirsty? Cold? What did we need? I told them I wanted to go home, and they got me a blanket and told me they were finding us a home right now. Then they took us to a room full of hard plastic couches and told us someone would be in to check on us soon.
Batman is one of the most well-known superheroes out there, appearing in many comics, movies and TV shows, as well as holding nicknames such as “The Dark Knight” and “The Caped Crusader”. He has performed countless impossible feats and fights among the best superheroes against the forces of evil despite being only human. All that protects him from menaces like the Joker and other villains are his physical and mental strength, along with an array of gadgets like batarangs and the batmobile. As a vigilante of Gotham city, he helps to solve crimes and defeat supervillains all around. It would be amazing for Batman to exist in real life wouldn’t it?
