The modern bar is proving ground of social prowess. In the society of today connections are made in different avenues of socialization. A great place to make connections whether it be friendly, romantically, or professionally is the bar.
People go to the bar to unwind at the end of long work week with friends. People go to bars to meet new people to date. Meetings between clients may occur at a pub to ease tensions among the parties. While these are normal there are problems that can occur when people consume alcohol. Sometimes people may not know when to stop and can get themselves in trouble. People who live closer to the bar tend to engage in riskier alcoholic behaviors. As well as more regularly attend the bar. Being responsible with alcohol is ok but when you make a habit of regularly going to the bar it may become a problem.

The music in the bar sets the mood and might affect how people act in the bar. Playing music helps the bar sell more drinks so they are going to play it to maximize profits. People would rather attend an establishment with music versus one without.
When the mood is set a bar is a great place to look for dates romantic partners. Many people attend bars for the sole purpose of meeting someone. When you throw alcohol in the mix of courting it can make a recipe for disaster.
