Some peoples goal in life would want to complete is to become a licensed Barber/ cosmetology instructor. The main reason some do it is to own their own business where they can be their own boss. One day in the future it would be nice if a licensed individual him/her like to help some overcome the obstacles that they had faced in life mostly when people would put them down think they can do anything they put their mind to regardless of what people say or think and do. A few people would like to know that if they don't succeed and fall get up and try it again. Most of all some people can set the hours they want to desire to work.
The necessities needed to do this is to learn the techniques and studies for this occupation.

Their next concern would be is how to interact with the public. Then how to get started where they can be the owner of their own business. What route of financial assistance do they need to get started? Then if they want to work alone, have employees or rent spare individual in their business. In order for them to fulfill their desire to become a licensed Barber/ cosmetology instructor they need to find out long they have to go college and how long they have to work under the supervision of a licensed individual.
The Profession of barbering is one of the oldest in the world.

These and many more relics had already became regular tool used for barbers 6,000 years ago. In those ancient days’ barbers art included shaving, haircutting, beard trimming, and hair coloring and facial

makeup.
The history of the barber pole is also a big part of the barber profession. “The early barber pole was simply a wooden post topped by a brass basin. Later the basin was replaced by a ball and painted poles of red and white spirals". At a certain point in time barbers were also surgeons which made the profession fall in popularity.
The fall in the profession which gave barber surgeons a bad reputation barbers were only listed to do hair care.

Therefore came wigmakers both men and women wore wig. "The men used slightly gray colored and women used all kinds of colors".( Found in the article the barbers history in the wig makers paragraph) "At the end of the 1970's men started to wear their hair long around that time it was only men doing men hair and women doing women". (Found in The Reborn of the barbers profession paragraph) In 1980 to make life easier and their clientele pop unisex barbershops were created and to this day is the profession we know as barbering.
To be able to complete this certain goal education is a major part in it. A student is trained on the techniques of cutting hair, shaving, and facial grooming. Barbering school programs can typically be completed under a year to two years. For individuals to become licensed they are required to pass a licensing exam that covers practical and theoretical barber topics. In addition an individual can be an apprentice these programs last typically two

years.
Barber also have to have good relationships with people. Make conversations, ask how their day was be kind to them the clientele would come back more and also bring more clientele in .If someone wants more reliable clientele put the business in a highly populated are. Make prices reasonable maybe around $10 get things people would like maybe while they wait they can watch TV or have a snack maybe have games in the store for the kids always have something interesting for the clientele. In conclusion an individual can accomplish this goal by following these rules and regulations.
