If Spurgeon be correct and all infants born, or unborn and up to the age of accountability as some teach go to Heaven at death, then there is much discrepancy to be accounted for in scripture including our text!

I know a baby when born is made to take his first breath AFTER he is delivered from his mothers womb! That first breath is his spirit that comes from God for the body to live and returns to God when he expires: Ecc 12:7 Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it.
This tell me that the body before spirit is only a body and maybe, not sure, all these unborn babies being murdered are not living beings till that spirit enters them!
My Conclusion: Spurgeon, you are wrong about babies for the wicked that go astray from the womb remain astray, never coming into the salvation of the Lord! There are no wicked babies as well as wicked men or angels that have access to Heaven until the Blood of Jesus redeems!

But, there are many differences between an actual person and a fetus. First of all, a fetus is completely dependent on the mother. Fetus’s need their mothers in order to be fed correctly, to live in a stable environment, and to grow and expand among many other things. Because the fetus cannot survive on its own, then it does not qualify as a human being. In addition, a fetus that is still inside the womb is only a potential person. The fetus resides inside of the mother, and thus is part of the mother herself until it is born. Another difference between a fetus and a person is that a person can feel pain. Anti abortionist commonly argue that abortion is wrong because it would cause pain to the fetus. But, according to Mark Rosen, an obstetrical anesthesiologist at the University of California at San Francisco, “the wiring at the point where you feel pain, such as the skin, doesn’t reach the emotional part where you feel pain, in the brain.” Furthermore, the thalamus does not form until week 28 of the pregnancy. So, no information, including pain, can reach the cortex in the brain for processing. These facts prove that a fetus would not be affected by the mother’s choice of having an abortion, thus proving Marquis and all other anti-abortionists wrong.

The sixth circle of hell is for those who officially deny or doubt the principles of Christianity. I do believe heresy should have a part in hell, however if the heretic had a virtuous and moral life, they should not be in the 6th circle of hell. I would think they should be at circle one, with the unbaptized babies, for if the person or baby lived longer, they could have eventually found their belief in God. Not many people realize that the death of a child is NOT in accordance to God’s NORMAL scheme of things. It is unnatural. God did not mean for a child to go first. A child buries the parent. Not the parent buries the child.
Let me first stipulate that I will not cite any Biblical passages or volunteer any sort of religious evidence for my position - partly because I believe that it is possible for just about anyone to find a passage in the Bible to twist around to support or refute just about any position on just about any subject. Also because, seeing that I do not subscribe to any specific organized religion, I have had limited exposure to the Bible.
Kerby Anderson’s “A Biblical View of Abortion,” shows the aspect of abortion from the point of view of the Holy Bible. Anderson says that no where in the Bible does it actually say that abortion is wrong, just only that it was the unthinkable. It was said that children were viewed as a gift or heritage from the Lord. Also the scriptures said that God was the one opens and closes the womb. And it was said to be a curse to be without a child. Anderson mentions that David has a relationship with God while he was developing and growing before birth. David was also seen as “God’s creative work within his mother’s womb” (Anderson). He also says that if a woman is to give birth and the baby dies, or is stillborn, then the law of relation is used. “A baby inside the womb is treated as a baby outside the womb” (Anderson). Anderson uses examples and passages from the Holy Bible to show evidence that the Bible is against abortion, and so is Anderson.
“I brought you into this world, and I can take you out!” A child has most likely heard that phrase at some point in their life. Although, it is not ethical or legal for a mother to “take her kid out of this world”, it does bring up a good point that it was through her body, that the child was born. One of the most important responsibilities in this world is to be a mother carrying a child in the womb. There are many divine processes that take place during gestation, but there are also many contributing factors from the mother that can affect the developing human.
Why is it that some people believe a fetus is a person from conception? It does not look

Paul believes if you are in Christ Jesus, then you will be saved. Because of Jesus' selflessness, he has freed us from sin and death. God had created the world through wisdom and with Adam we then were under the reign of sin. Then, with the resurrection of Jesus, He freed us from the law and we entered into a period of grace with God. We are living by the Spirit in an era of grace, so therefore we should be dead to sin. Paul explains this in greater detail in the beginning of Romans in 3:9.
This is a hard question. How can one come to grips with what the Bible seems to teach and with the desire in our hearts? Does not the Bible teach that Jesus is a loving God that wants all to go to heaven? How can a loving God send anyone to hell? If Christ indeed sends some to hell how can we say He is loving? These are all great question and ones that are hard to answer but there is an answer. God does everything He does, for a reason (Romans 8:28), and God does want all to come to Him (John 1:12; Romans 3:10).
Jesus Christ lived a sinless life even up to his death by crucifixion. Far from being a way of appeasing a wrathful God for the sins of Mankind the Crucifixion is really an example of God's love toward us. Consider Romans 5:8 "But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.". At first this seems slightly strange: how was God's love manifested towards us through the Crucifixion?
This states that every human being has a right to realize their future, the unborn is a being. The unborn has the right to realize their future and abortion deprives them from it. Abortion therefore being immoral. The issue with this argument is that the future is uncertain, so these are assumptions.
