Not all leaders have to be someone who will change the world. A leader may be someone who will change the life of just one person. LeBron James, Michael Jordan, Babe Ruth are great leaders because they have influenced the lives of many people. While many want to become like them and achieve their goals and dreams move on, to make it their enthusiasm and desire to achieve a goal are proposed. Every day thousands of people in the world struggle and persevere for a goal, which leads to achieve great things and get up and face the world day by day. There are all kinds’ leaders as example athletes, politicians, artists, singers, and etcetera. This is because we are all different and each of us has, interests and very different thoughts, and then for each person there is a skill and gift one must take advantage of it.

We are talking about the careers of athletes and great leaders who were and still are; LeBron James, Michael Jordan and Babe Ruth. They are talking about how they were able get to where they want and how many achieved their goals. What is a leader, its characteristics and who can be leaders and why. LeBron James is one of the most unique and talented in the history of the NBA players. Michael Jordan, the qualities that made him perhaps the most attractive and most popular player in US team sports of his time. Babe Ruth has attracted many fans to Yankee Stadium which opened in 1923 and was nicknamed the house that Ruth built. He became one of the first five players elected to the Hall of Fame. A leader is someone who leaves a mark, which achieves an important fact that guides someone to achieve their goals, the person capable of inspiring and associating others in their dreams. A leader is someone who nevertheless always gives his best at what he does, no matter their condition. Is always going forward and is not intimidated by anything or anyone. A leader may be someone who guides a team or group, someone’s influence and others and in a particular subject. A leader must be able to set goals and objectives must be smart and know how to plan intelligently, a leader knows his strengths and leverages, is responsible, has charisma, is innovative, original and a leader grows and those who admired them grow to. All can be leaders, many have the characteristics and even more of what it takes to be a leader, but each different job, sport, occupation, spend time, and so on, there is someone else out there that achieves amazing and wonderful things that make a leader by his manner as able to think and express their talent. To be a leader you should only do original things, things that help motivate others and you should take advantage of your gift on what you like and what you do. James was born on Dec. 30, 1984, in Akron, Ohio. In the 2006-2007 seasons, James led Cleveland to the team's first conference championship in franchise history. He signed with the Miami Heat following the 2009-2010 seasons. Following that he helped Miami reach the NBA finals in 2010-2011 and 2013-2014. He then led the team to the NBA championship in 2011-2012 and again in 2012-2013. He was a member of United States national teams that won gold medals at the 2008 and 2012 Olympic Summer Games. Following the 2013-2014 season, James rejoined Cleveland. He led the Cavaliers to the NBA finals in 2015. James is an outstanding scorer, playmaker, and defensive player. His power and speed makes James one of the most talented players in the history of the NBA. Jordan was born on Feb. 17, 1963, In Brooklyn, New York. . Jordan was the NBA’s Most Valuable Player for five seasons. Jordan was known for his defensive skills as well as his offensive ability. He was named to the All-Defensive team nine times and was defensive player of the year for the 1987-1988 season. His spectacular throw, scoring, and exciting play made him perhaps the greatest attraction and most popular player in American team sports of his time. He became known as Air Jordan for his gravity-defying leaps. Jordan scored 32,292 points during his career, which made him the fourth highest scorer in NBA history.

The differences between black and white players has been going on for a long time since the early 1920’s. The players have always been at each other since the Negro Leagues have been around. There were two players that made the transition from the Negro Leagues to the Majors and those players were Satchel Paige and Jackie Robinson. Most people know of Robinson more than Paige because of the Brooklyn Dodgers recruiting him from Kansas City Monarchs. Satchel Paige was a pitcher from the Kansas City Monarchs like Robinson but he was recruited to the Cleveland Indians at the time. Paige has changed baseball today because he has shown new ways to pitch, broke the racial barrier with Robinson, and was an influence on many players in todays day.
