SES met with Lindsay at her home in Takoma Park, MD to coordinate CM vocational and behavioral services. SES asked Lindsay how things were going; once and Lindsay stated that she continues to struggle with depressive thoughts. SES asked Lindsay had she thought any further on her vocational job search and possible training opportunities. Lindsay stated again she is interested in IT training, but that considers her first priority to work on towards improving her own behavioral health. SES replied that Lindsay's thoughts on the topic and suggestion of seeking care were impressive; it that she has thoroughly analyzed her present day situation. SES again stated that securing clinical treatment will most certainly pay major dividends in terms
of locating employment and enhancing her ability to maintain a job moving forward. Lindsay stated that she utilizes the has not played the virtual reality game in the past two weeks and she feel as though she has become increasingly anxious being left alone to her thoughts. SES notes that he has forwarded this information to RC Kaitlyn Clifford for onward action. SES will continue to listen and provide coaching to Lindsay as she continues to mull over her vocational options for her onward job search. SES will look to meet with Lindsay in one week.

She has been involved in nationally known murder cases and has worked hard during her long career to make a position contribution to the legal system. Sutton says, “Its best for my fellow man that we get the killers off the street.” Since 2006 Sutton has been officially retired but continues to teach, consult, and testify about her area of expertise.
Rosa Lee Cunningham is a 52-year old African American female. She is 5-foot-1-inch, 145 pounds. Rosa Lee is married however, is living separately from her husband. She has eight adult children, Bobby, Richard, Ronnie, Donna (Patty), Alvin, Eric, Donald (Ducky) and one child who name she did not disclose. She bore her eldest child at age fourteen and six different men fathered her children. At Rosa Lee’s recent hospital admission to Howard University Hospital emergency room blood test revealed she is still using heroin. Though Rosa Lee recently enrolled in a drug-treatment program it does not appear that she has any intention on ending her drug usage. When asked why she no longer uses heroin she stated she doesn’t always have the resources to support her addiction. Rosa Lee is unemployed and receiving very little in government assistance. Dan Lee is a 24-year-old pre-med student, who is visiting the university counseling center because of challenges he is facing related to his acceptance to medical school. Some of the issues are emotional and some involve conflicts with loved ones. I will expand more upon this case in the pages to follow.
In her book, Lisa Cahill, a theologian bioethicist does not object the necessity and a patient 's right to self-determination, or autonomy. Echoing the voices of Beauchamp and Childress, who both stress the necessity of informed consent, as an integral part of autonomy, Cahill views it as necessary in the prevention of abuse and unethical practices. She also views the principle of autonomy a means of recognizing the dignity of a human being that is reflected in Christian teachings. Cahill, however, does not want this principle to be the only one valued.
I will be evaluating the case of Angela and Adam. Angela is a white 17 year old female and Adam is her son who is 11 months old (Broderick, P., & Blewitt, P., 2015). According to Broderick, P., & Blewitt, P., (2015) Angela and her baby live with her mother, Sarah, in a small rental house in a semirural community in the Midwest. Adam’s father, Wayne, is estranged from the family due to Sarah refusing to allow him in the house however, Angela continues to see him without her mother’s permission which is very upsetting for Sarah. A mid-twenties advertising executive named Marla is starting a new job upon graduating college. Marla has worked hard to get where she is, and her fear of social settings is jeopardizing that effort. Marla was able to navigate university with her fears by avoiding social events. This tactic is proving unsuccessful in her new position with the advertising firm, and the obligations of her position are soon going to require her presence at social events. This case study follows the life of Andy, the third grade student, and Kathryn, a special needs educator, as they decide whether or not Andy should receive his IEP in the fourth grade.
Liz had a lot of factors involving education and hardship.
