I have the enthusiasm of art that inspired me to develop more professional knowledge, these experiences motive me to become an arts manager in the future. I could use these professional skills that I learned in George Mason University, to help more artists keep creating productions of art, and encourage young people take part in these different forms of art, such as performing art, visual art. More specially, I love the traditional art, so I want to attract new generation to participate in the Chinese traditional culture and art, and appreciate these are the valuable and precious.

This internship that relate to my field, that is useful to combine the knowledge and practice I have learned in class to make up for the deficiency of theoretical knowledge, and gain more beneficial experiences for the work. In life, this internship also can help me meet more native people, and gather more American culture. That could be better for me to involve in the local life. In the professional section, I can learn how to plan the whole activity, and know how to make a schedule and process of the activity. Also, I could learn how to promote the community and market the activity to customer, and know how to contract with the artists. Furthermore, I can gain more leadership and cooperation with other colleagues, and deal with the relationship between artists, customers, managers, and co-workers. This internship is a good way to use the knowledge that I learned from class and transition the information to practice. After this internship, I can realize what information I have gained and what knowledge or skills I need to
Through art, people can expose their ideas, their opposition to the government rules and regulations in a quiet way. The artists try to expose their revolutionary ideas and motivate the people to fight against the cruel actions of the government. The concept of Chinese government about art is that it must always serve the people and the government is always ready to promote art by giving systematic education about the new art. They always give preferences to the revolutionary art and the nonrevolutionary arts were banned at that time. There are different levels of artistic concepts in China which include the modern art, religious art, commercial art etc.
Widened with amazement, my eyes watched as my fingers swirled the blobs of red and blue paint into a deep purple. The smell of tempera paint and wet wood-chips surrounded me that rainy day in the small playground of De Colores pre-school. I vividly remember feeling that astounded thrice more; first, when I roamed the aisles of Michael’s craft store for the first time, secondly, when I perfected my favorite shrimp dish, and lastly after my first psychology course. Though I have had countless positive and exciting experiences, I have also had some pretty impactful negative ones. Dropping out of high school was the biggest blessing in disguise of my life. It led to my enrollment in a concurrent enrollment program at a local community college that changed my life, through which I met some resilient people that I will always remember. Art therapy is my number one career choice and the Master of Arts in Art Therapy program at Notre Dame de Namur University

When I entered my first year of college, I decided to pursue psychology as a major because I was interested in how people’s minds affect how they behave and their personalities. Despite not taking psychology classes in high school, I had a pretty good experience in knowing what was going on around my friends by observing their behavior, the tone in their voice, or actions, and I’ve learned to develop skills in offering good advice to them. It seemed useful to apply my skills to academics. However, I aspired to be more than just a regular psychologist. I wanted to find a deeper, interesting, and creative method that can help people who suffered personal issues, such as relationships and disorders.
There are many reasons as to why I applied to the HACU national internship program. First, I have been inspired by my parents to never waste an opportunity that is presented to me, because they did not have that many opportunities in Mexico. As a DACA student, I am grateful for my work permit because without my work permit, I would have never advanced professionally throughout college. Additionally, the presidential election took a drastic turn, but I am ready to work harder than ever to pursue my dreams of becoming a researcher/scientist and demonstrate that “illegals” are trying to make this country into a better place. With the HACU National Internship Program, I hope to continue growing and learning professionally so I can help out those in need in the future.

Participating in the Los Angeles semester is an experience that allowed me to learn a lot about the industry that I am going into as well as the place where I hope to eventually move. Coming into the semester I knew that I wanted to move out to Los Angeles after graduation. Being here for the semester and being a part of so many different experiences between my internship and classes has made the thought of moving here a little less overwhelming. Through my internship, I was able to learn about the part of the music industry that I hope to be in. As well as learn about general tips for getting jobs, networking, and the business as a whole.
Personal Statement Yuan Ge Truth to be told, I didn’t have much of an idea of what I wanted to do in the music industry when I declared the Music Business/Management major at Berklee. My sole reasoning behind my move was that the major combined my two favorite subjects--Music and Management. However, as I started taking classes such as Current Issues in the Music Industry and Record Company Operations, I became more and more aware of the glaring issues present in the music industry.
An internship is a formal program to provide practical experience for beginners in an occupation or profession. By this point in my internship I am more than half way through it and taking on more and more responsibilities and positions as I go along.
...es are a great way to start out a internship in a Business Administration career because they hire people from the community and people that are not required to earn a high payment as a beginning salary and people who want to learn about the business. At some internship interns do not get paid for the hours they worked because to graduate it’s a requirement and you need them to learn and get a better feeling about the job.
In the entire six months of my internship the more work I did, the more experience I gained. It is the only way out to get better. I was there to learn so I made most of my time there. There are some rules and regulations of the company that we need to follow and being sharp on time is very important. Cowor...
