As Ralph Lauren once said, “Fashion is about something that comes from within you.” I desire to have my own clothing line and express myself through my clothing. The Academy of Art University, the fashion school, is best known for its fashion courses, and will provide me with the right amount of education to succeed in the fashion industry. The Academy of Art University, has a hundred percent acceptance rate. It is a four year private school that is also the largest accredited private art and design University in the nation. For many families, that ends up being quite a bit of money. But both schools allow the use of financial aid or even loans to pay for the college education.

Iowa State University is a land grant school which, among other things, means that the university gets money from the state of Iowa from the taxes that residents pay to the state.
