What is art, and what is life? Art is the deepest, most personal expression of one’s imagination typically in a visual form of painting exemplifying emotional power. And life is the physiological existence of creatures, full of public and personal experiences. Some people may ask are these two things related. Most certainly yes, because these two forms both consists some form of personal aspect. For example, the personal aspect of art comes from the innermost part of a person. It's personal because the eye is blind to it. On the other hand, life is simply the things we experience at most publically on a daily basis. Although this is the case, life also has personal aspects. For example; our bodies, this is everyone's personal aspect in life, because we can remove it from people's view, making it personal and private. However, 95percent of the time our bodies are out in the forefront, making it public. To fully understand art and life let's say art is our DNA sequence, something everyone cannot see, and life is our faces something everyone can see. More importantly our life also consists of stories some of which is not displayed to the public, and may often times be referred to as secret stories. When I say secret stories I'm speaking in terms of sensitive information that may harm the person/s the secret story is about. Furthermore, many other people such as narrators, have their own perception of art and life and secret stories. Here's a quote by a narrator of "Dentist" in which he analyzes art, life, and secret stories as it pertains to himself as well as the narrator of "Mauricio the eye Silva". “But that’s where art comes from, he said: life stories. Art history comes along only much later. That’s wh... ... middle of paper ... ...ociates of the same background, but also because they can't be trusted. The way these two narrators move is like they are still trying to feel out people of familiarity. For example; in the eye, the narrator was sitting at the table waiting to meet with his friend. He sitting there as if he wasn't expecting his friend, because he saw his friend come in and remained silent. This was a way for the narrator to see who his friend was acquainted with, and to see if he would have heard him gossiping about him. On a different note some may ask when do secret stories end? Some narrators as in the dentist would perhaps say never, because most people lives have many personal things they fail to disclose to any due to secrecy. All in all we get a sense that art is a story full of many secrets in life. So we must treat our lives like and important piece of art.
