Some people believe using a cell phone and driving is acceptable because they feel that they need to respond to texts or calls. However, it is very dangerous not only for the driver using their cell phone, but for other drivers using the road. Death rates of automobile accident have raised severely over the years due to texting and driving. Drivers might feel worried that the text or call they are receiving is very important, so it makes it hard not to check their phone. If drivers stop using their cell phones and driving, innocent people on the road would be safer.
