ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION An immigrant is a person who immigrates, leaving his or her nation of birth to find an establishment in another nation either for person, social or economic issues. There has been an enormous issue in the United States for the past years thru the immigration system breakout. A considerable number of immigrants from the Caribbean Islands, South and Central America, Mexico and many others are entering the United States illegally and this is causing a commotion in the majority of the United States native citizens. There are many reasons why the United States native citizens may be unpleased with the entrance of all these individuals. One of the many reasons that can be recalled is the loss of jobs because of immigrants. According to the article by Steven A. Camarota and Karen Zeigler Immigrant Gains and Native Losses in the Job Market, A governmental data has shown that over the last 13 years the net gain in employment has gone to immigrants (legal and illegal). In the time period of three years (2010 to 2013) the number of natives working decreased noticeably while the overall size of the working-age (16 to 65) native population increased. Over the same time period, the increase of the number of immigrants working (legal and illegal) was in a larger quantity. In addition to the decline of the number of natives working, there has been a wide decline in the number of those that still retain their jobs. This decline had a broad impact on natives of almost every age, race, gender, and education level. Although these facts are right it cannot be considered that each job gained by an immigrant is lost by a native, because most of the jobs immigrants are taking are the ones left behind by native U.S. Citizens, Why?
