This helps the world by decreasing the usage of fossil fuels and natural gas. If people all turn to use the electric cars, then gasoline and natural gas are not needed anymore. So people will not pay taxes and fuel charges to gas stations or government. At first, the government gets a budget for improving highways and roads from taxes. They think that if people use electric cars, they will not need to pay taxes. Therefore, the government plans to collect a fee from people who use electric cars. What is the best choice of collecting tax?
