Also the exact place of his birth is unknown, it is thought to be somewhere along the Texas-Oklahoma border, but there are conflicting reports. Quanah himself said that he was born on Elk Creek south of the Wichita Mountains, but a marker by Cedar Lake in Gaines County, Texas says otherwise. There are still other places where he was supposedly born like Wichita Falls, Texas. “Though the date of his birth is recorded variously at 1845 and 1852, there is no mystery regarding his parentage. His mother was the celebrated captive of a Comanche raid on Parker's Fort (1836) and convert to the Indian way of life. His father

Clyde Barrow and Bonnie Parker burst upon the American Southwest in the Great Depression year of 1932. At the time of Clyde’s first involvement with a murder, people paid little attention to the event. He was just another violent hoodlum in a nation with a growing list of brutal criminals, which included Al Capone, John Dillenger, Pretty Boy Floyd, and the Barker Gang. Not until Bonnie and Clyde joined forces did the public become intrigued. The phrase “Bonnie and Clyde'; took on an electrifying and exotic meaning that has abated little in the past sixty years.
On the morning of April 20, 1999, Eric Davis Harris and Dylan Bennet Klebold went into the Columbine High School in Littleton, Colorado, and went on a rampage killing spree leaving 12 students and 1 teacher dead and over 20 people injured before killing themselves. This crime is known as one of the most deadliest school massacres in the United States history (Pittaro).
Al Capone once said about Alcatraz " Don't mistake my kindness for weakness, I am kind to everyone, but when someone is unkind to me, weak is not what you are going to remember me about." One of the most dreaded prisons in America was Alcatraz, it was built on an island in the San Francisco Bay. Alcatraz was made for the United States most dangerous and difficult people during its years of being operated. Even though Alcatraz was built as a top end prison it was possible to escape, however it seemed prisoners never made it off the island alive.

After Bonnie Langdon and Fred wood met they married and had one daughter names Janet, my mother.
It is hard to say that the couple were not kind because of all the things they contributed to society. Once, Bonnie and Clyde offered a 15-year old boy for a lift to drop him off the airport, which he desperately needed to go. They asked the boy, whose name was James, “how people in this area felt about the gangster, Bonnie and Clyde.”(A Ride with Bonnie and Clyde) The boy answered by saying that everyone liked them, and when the couple asked “Why?,” the boy told them things they only wanted to hear, saying “because Bonnie and Clyde were always bringing food and money and helping those that helped them.”(A Ride with Bonnie and Clyde) Although they only heard what they wanted to hear, it was true that Bonnie and Clyde helped out society, proving the fact that they were good, caring
Whether it is Jeffrey Dahmer, John Wayne Gacy, Ted Bundy, and person of the like, you may have a bad feeling about them due to their ill past. This is not due to an inner judgment of the person on your part, more than likely it is the media that has skewed your views of a serial killer. The news media is just playing their role in society and that is to inform people but they do so in a way that frightens people into coming back to view the media that they produce. The other types of media such as movies, television shows, radio stations, and books also portray serial killers as monsters to entertain people. Although it may be a great way to entertain and inform people, it is not the least bit true and gives serial killers a worse image by labeling them as monsters.
At the beginning of the story, Clyde states that, “Most people mistake me for a small, kindly Italian grandfather….They never guess that I am a vampire” (Russell, 407). Clyde’s kindly appearance makes the readers feel like he is a friendly grandfather who quietly enjoys his time in the lemon grove. Although he tells the readers that he is a vampire, the readers have no reason to believe that Clyde has a darker side. Later in the story, when Clyde describes his feelings toward Fila, he says, “I feel a well of love for the girl” (Russell, 408). The readers can feel Clyde’s sincere affection for the girl, and because of his friendly appearance and his love for the girl, the readers cannot believe that he will do anything bad to her. Also, the book mentions that his wife has taught him that killing people is not necessary and can be stopped. However, at the end of the story, Clyde loses control of his actions and says, “It seems my hand has tightened on the girl’s wrist, and I realize with surprise, as if from a great distance, that he is twisting away” (Russell, 421). He disappoints the readers by killing the girl he once liked. From the quote, the readers can feel that Clyde splits into two sides, a side that is evil and another side that is normal. However, he seems to be
Arthur Penn’s Bonnie and Clyde introduced violence into the culture of film. Penn uses graphic violence in Bonnie and Clyde to bring attention to the violence youth of the 60’s were going into. The Vietnam War was at it worse and many of America youth were being killed. He uses a story that takes place in the 1930’s Great Depression and brilliantly uses it to relate to the 1960’s. He skillfully uses Bonnie and Clyde being killed in their youth to young American soldiers being send to fight in the Vietnam War, which many were oppose to. This was also a war were many young men were killed in their youth like Bonnie and Clyde. I believe this film help put the problem of violence on the national agenda. This movie also help the audience which at the time were youth, escape the horrors of war. In a sense the movie made young men face their fears of that time. The idea was if you can’t escape it why not face it. America in the 60’s was facing one of the biggest increases in violence since the 1030’s. The use of graphic violence in Bonnie and Clyde shows the real devastation many Americans were facing in their day to day lives. Another thing that was use in this movie was humor and comedy. I believe this was Penn way of helping his audience escape the devastating problem of violence and releasing the stress they might have been feeling as a result. However, it might have opposed for some, as they had become used to seeing violence in the media. In the last scene as Bonnie and
