They help relieve built up anger, give kids a break from their everyday problems and struggles, and act as enjoyable alternatives to harmful or potentially dangerous activities. People of all ages can play them, and if played correctly, are always a healthy alternative to violence.
First of all, they divert built up anger to a safe activity. If kids ever get into dangerous fights, it is usually in high school. These fist or shoving fights can endanger the safety of the students as well as have legal repercussions. These safe role-playing games with simulated violence can help these troubled students relieve their anger in a safe manner. The games can also help heal friendships and cool down rivalries that could turn very dangerous.

For many high schoolers, these four years of their life can be very stressful and challenging.
