The Best
What I’m going to argue about is the best NBA player, Michael Jordan, who used to play for the Chicago Bulls. He is simply the best because he worked hard to get where he is now. He got a lot of awards while playing basketball. Michael Jordan also holds a lot of records in the NBA. Michael Jordan was always dedicated to the sport of basketball and is the best player in the NBA.
Michael Jordan is good at the game because he practiced hard to get where he is now. He is dedicated to the game just like any other person that loves the game. That’s also how he got so good at basketball, he worked on his shooting, dribbling, and his defense, rebounds.
How he got all his awards in basketball and baseball. He got his first award in basketball

in the year of 1991. He also got his first award in baseball but he never got an award in baseball. He’s batting average was .202. The only reason he played baseball because his dad passed away 7-23-1993. Michael Jordan holds a lot of records that some people tried beating but they cannot beat them such as Stephen Curry, and Kobe Bryant.
Which is a good thing because that is kind of impossible, even though some of those people worked hard to try and beat them. They just cannot beat Michael Jordan.
He has his own shoe company. But one thing people don’t know is that when they wear his shoes they don’t know what the real story behind them is. Michael Jordan puts everything to what he believes in.
One reason I would like to explain to you is that Michael Jordan never really liked baseball because when his dad passed away, he thought his dad would have loved him to play the sport and try he’s best at it.
Another reason his that he has gotten a bunch of awards was because he was really talented at basketball, he practiced all the time and worked hard. He was not really good at baseball, but he at least tried to make it out in the field and at batting.
Michael Jordan is dedicated to basketball since he could dunk it. He always practiced day in night on everything, his shooting, dribbling, and rebounding. Even on his free time he would practice because he knew he was going to make it somewhere in life. He got a very good education in high school and in
Collage. Some people might argue about this because they don’t know how hard Michael worked or maybe they just don’t like him and how he plays because of all the awards that he had gotten in his lifetime. They just don’t want to see Michael Jordan to win.
Michael Jordan, in his prime, was thought of as one of the greatest basketball champions of all time. A shooting guard, standing at six-six, Jordan was able to out play anyone in his position. He started his career at the University of North Carolina, where he helped his team win a national championship. He then was drafted by the Chicago Bulls in the 1984-85 season. While playing for the Bulls, Jordan received many awards such as, MVP, five championships, Olympic gold medals, slam dunk contests, and many more defensive and offensive awards. Jordan simply dominated the nineties and left the game as a NBA Finals winner in 1998.
Michael Jordans talent is so amazing. “Maybe this guy is God disguised”, former Boston Celtic Larry Bird said about Jordans talent. This really shows how people viewed his talent and liked the way he played the game of basketball. Michael Jordans talent is so amazing , he’s so incredible and beyond unreal. The things he did and accomplished in the basketball league shows his true talent. In 1984, at 21 years of age, Jordan made the United States Olympic Games basketball team under coach Bobby Knight. Averaging a remarkable seventeen points a game, Jordan led the team to a gold medal in eight straight wins! The Olympic win brought Jordan to high visibility in basketball circles and made him a household name in America. Jordan continued soaring new heights , even when he fractured his ankle early in the 1...
For many years Michael Jordan has been seen as one of the greatest players to ever play the game of basketball. Michael Jordan was first drafted into the NBA by the Chicago Bulls as the third pick in the first round of the NBA draft of 1984, after finishing his college career at the University of North Carolina. Michael Jordan has been known for his high flying and stylish dunks ever since he first stepped into the basketball scene, but there is more to Michael Jordan than his ability to dunk.
Michael Jordan can say he has had an amazing career and accomplished many things in his life. From his childhood to adulthood, he has done remarkable things. Most people hope to have a life and career like
He had one of the game's most glorious seasons in 1941, hitting for an average of .406 at the age of twenty three. He is the last player to accomplish this feat. Nevertheless, he lost out on the most valuable player award that year to Joe DiMaggio, who had posted his 56 game hitting streak that same year. He most likely lost this MVP award because of his lack of respect and his arrogance to many of the sports writers and media, who are the ones who vote for the winner ( Nightingale).
“Maybe this guy is god disguised as Michael Jordan” (Michael Jordan). Michael Jordan is clearly the best basketball player to have ever set foot on a basketball court as Larry Bird put it jokingly. He wasn’t the perfect basketball player but he was good enough to surpass the rest of the league as a whole. Because of his superior skills and incomprehensible work ethic, he can be considered an outlier. There is no other player that has accomplished as much as Jordan and will probably never see something like it again.
Michael Jordan, what comes to your mind when you hear that name? Michael had played for the bulls and had gotten 6 championship rings with the team. Well, is it just me or does that sound like a lot of time in the game of basketball? In 1982 he took a big step up from highschool to college, where he wanted to pursue the basketball dream. He went to college at North Carolina where he played NCAA basketball for just one year before he was drafted in 1984. All eyes were on him when he went on the court, because that just how good he was at the game of basketball. Michael Jordan is one of the greatest players in NBA history, maybe even the greatest of all time.
This argument is made on the fact that LeBron James has recently become the youngest player to score 20,000 points. Although I agree and congratulate LeBron on his great achievement, it does not make him better than Jordan. Despite LeBron reaching 20,000 points at a younger age, Michael Jordan was able to do it in fewer games. This phenomenon is possible because Michael Jordan went to college for three years whereas LeBron decided to go straight to the NBA out of high school. According to a blog done by the Chicago Bulls “It took Michael Jordan 106 less games to score 20,000 points than LeBron James” (Bulls Blog). No credit should be taken away from LeBron James because what he did to become the youngest player to score 20,000 points is phenomenal but it cannot be used as an argument to say that he is a better player than Michael Jordan because Michael Jordan scored 20,000 points faster than
Jordan foerver change the way basketball has been played. He accopmplished feats many athletes had never dreamed of attempting. Even though Michael is finished playing basketball on the profesional level, he still involved with the game. He hold camps for young aspiring basketball players. He also is part owner of the Charolette Bobcats.
Michael Jordan’s father once said, “I think Michael got so good because Larry (his older brother) used to beat him all the time. He always took losing hard. He only began beating Larry once he started really to grow. It was almost like as if he willed himself to grow.
Due to the mark Michael Jordan has left on the world as the “G.O.A.T.”, it will be very difficult for any player to surpass his legacy. Kobe Bryant, Kevin Durant and LeBron James all have similarities of Michael Jordan but, out of all three players James is the closest. LeBron has the most similarities and the potential to surpass Michael Jordan’s legacy with his personality, stats and he popularity on and off the court. Even though James has the potential to surpass his legacy, there is still a very long journey ahead of James if he ever wants to be considered the “G.O.A.T.”.
Since neither of the players was active during the same era and never went head-to-head during their primes, we cannot conclusively decide who is best. Clearly, as evident from the huge list of awards both players have complied, both Michael Jordan and LeBron James have forever changed the game of basketball. Granted, everyone is entitled to his or her own opinion. I believe that both Jordan and James are two of the greatest basketball superstars to have ever lived.
...d now has annual revenues of more than $1 billion with MJ getting a piece of the action…. The Jordan Brand's market share of the U.S. basketball shoe market is 71% according to SportsOneSource.
Michael has such a strong passion for sports and the game of basketball. Michael gets tremendous support from everyone around him, which drives him. He is passionate about commitment and successfulness. James R. Jordan Sr. loved sports and Michael wanted to make his father proud through a sport. Michael never let anyone or anything come between him and his passion. He practiced every day to become incredible, and be unique, which Michael developed. He drove himself to reach his full potential, and he worked very hard for it. Coach Herring wanted to see Michael succeed and Coach herring did everything he could to help Michael succeed. “Coach herring was the first one to see in me what I saw in myself” (Jordan and Vancil).
