Are dog parks beneficial to everyone in town? Dogs can be a hassle at times, sometimes it gets to the point where dog owners want to send them to the animal shelter. Sometimes the four-legged animals can be affable. Also, a dog does need a set location to play if the owner isn't financially stable enough to pay for enough land. Dog parks may be nice, but is it actually necessary? Dogs have no mind when they are loose and around others, they get a little too happy and feel like they can do what they please which causes money loss. "This means that if a dog attacks another dog or a person in a dog park, the victim can rightfully sue both the dog's owner and the city for not enforcing the law." Dogs are bound to do anything when they're loose, it is proven people use lots of money on dogs. Just to say if a person lets their dog loose, they'll be losing even more money and so will the city. "A dog park will make the community unpleasant. traffic congestion will increase near the park. Noise from barking dogs and their yelling owners will disturb nearby residents. This could cause them both stress and lack of sleep." Having this dog park will bring lots of noise that isn't needed inside a city that is large. Citizens residing in the surrounding areas will lose sleep or just be angry because of the following: people blowing their horns in traffic, dog barking loudly, and humans yelling!
