Application Essay To The Honors Program

University Wisconsin Eau Claire offers a wide variety of experiences to its students that help them become ready for the future. I am excited to be part of the Blugold family and experience the Honors Program, participate in the study abroad, internships, and also research. These opportunities will let me learn by doing and allow me to be immersed in a field I am passionate about.

I am very excited to be accepted into the Honors Program, because I will have the chance to become a better student and person as a whole. I will have access to personal attention and advising from faculty which will help me find my way when I am unsure. The Honors Program will also give me an opportunity to be around other high achieving and motivated students who share my passion for learning. In addition, I will be able to take courses designed for honors students to give me a different perspective. The Honors program will prepare me to enter into a career with the ability to work with

It will grant me the opportunity to learn new culture and experiences first hand. By studying abroad, I am able to see the world and understand how it works. Furthermore, this opportunity would allow me to communicate with people with different thinking and views and become more open-minded. I will be able to pursue careers with an ability to learn about different cultures and the experiences that have a broaden my views of the world. These skills and newfound understanding will put me in a position to be successful no matter where my future takes me.
