The Problem and Its Background Every student feels anger in different ways because of good and bad things, this is seen in personal emotion like the frustration. According to Mills (2005) Anger is an automatic response to the pain of other physical or emotional. It can occur people when they don’t feel better, threatened and experience loss. There is a social judgment that anger creates real consequence to the angry person. The angry person may show aggressive action. There is no more problematic human emotion than anger. We hear continues advice about how to handle anger. Base on Schwartz (2010) Problem with anger is not exists, but how we handle it. Researchers in the future can benefit in the study in a way that they can use the paper as a background of their future research and it can be a basis of their study.
Scope and Delimitation The scope of the research will be the main domain of the research which is the descriptive analysis of anger management. The respondent will be limited to senior high school students of Malinta National High School 2017-2018 with (15) fifteen respondents to get the results to do the conclusion and recommendation of the study. Each of the students involved in the study is given a questionnaire to answer. It will delimit the opinion of the student to what they want to say about the anger and how to manage.
Definition of Terms
Anger Management: The anger management is our topic in this study. It talks about how student controls their anger in different situation.
Students: The student will be our respondents to study we conduct. The school that we use is the Malinta National High School – Senior High
Anger is something that everyone has. It is a natural response to threats and it can sometimes be necessary to survive. However, when handled improperly, anger can be a very destructive emotion. Letting anger take control of a person can make them very violent, aggressive, and unreasonable

It allows the person to take out their frustrations through vigorous activity. This method harms no one and keeps the body fit. Talking out the problem with someone can also relieve some of the confusion and anger. This can give the individual a better understanding of the problem and maybe allow them to fix the dilemma. Each and every one of these methods can help cope with anger by allowing the individual to think using their mammalian part of the brain, rather than simply responding with instinctive

Whether that be because a coworker has been a complete crap to you all day, or your kid didn’t listen to you and ended up getting hurt for the thousandth time in a row, to getting ultimately stressed and frustrated because your teachers didn’t enter in grades and denies any proof of that occurring, we’ve all been there. When I’ve seen others get angry, they become confrontational or even start yelling, some people that I know of even throw things either at the people that they are angry at, or at other areas, such as walls. There are four different types of angry people: the avoiders, who avoid the situation completely and ignore their anger, bottling it up; the destroyers, who throw things out of anger in order to relieve it; the screamers, who scream, yell or even just become straightforward and rude either towards the person that they are angry towards; the avengers, who come up with plans to get back at the person who angered them, though most times those people don’t actually go through with their villainy plots. The ‘trigger’s, or the things that set people off to become angry, vary from person to person. In my experience, most triggers come from when someone does something that truly peeves them, which could be anything from loud noises to the mood that the other person has towards
Anger must first be taught and understood to the fullest by the child before proceeding to the next process. The Oxford Dictionaries states that anger is a strong feeling of annoyance, displeasure or hostility. In other words becoming anger means that someone or something such as an event caused irritation, disapproval or unfriendliness. Anger is a natural emotion (Nordqvist). Since its natural it’s a given that everyone has it but does that mean anger is the same for everyone. Children lash out on the small things like not getting cookies or cutting in line. Proper techniques can teach children how to control their anger and not lash out. Anger ranges from mild irritation to rage (What is Anger) knowing this parents and teachers are safe when it mild because it can easily be control but are they willing to take a risk with surround students or kids when its rage. Personally the author wouldn’t take that risk. The surrounding children should be blamed or at fault when a child acts out. Every person has pet peeves so this obviously means that something can tick them off. Some people just have a better handle of their emotions compared to others. Just because something irritates a person doesn’t mean that it irritates the next person. Technically speaking adults have lived longer than many children but just because their older in age doesn't mean they are wise in knowledge. A parent can beat lessons or skills into a child but if the parent doesn't follow their own advice how can a child do so.
Why are we as aggressive and can we develop a way to reduce our ever increasing aggressive behavior? What this research paper is going to cover just might answer that. First we’re going to go over different types of aggression and the differences between them. Next will be the several theories about aggression. This will cover from a biological and genetic point of view to how our diet affects our behaviors in negative ways. We will even look into how our culture has an effect on our aggression levels. Last is what ways can we potentially reduce and manage our angry tendencies as well as control the ever rising aggressive behavior in our society.

Expressing, suppressing and calming are the three ways of dealing with anger. The healthiest way is to express your feelings in an assertive - and not aggressive - manner. Suppressing your anger and then converting or re-directing it to other positive ways, is another way. This way of handling of anger can cause hypertension, high blood pressure or depression. You can defuse anger through diversion, distraction, humor or by talking about it, so as to calm you down. The third way is to force you to calm down inside, by controlling internal responses.
