He was in an atmosphere where he had the liberty to contribute even with his weaknesses. Also he was able to make appreciated contributions. Andy Grove was an impoverished immigrant who barley could speak English. Andy Grove was hard to get on with. He is the one who had numerous peculiarities. He had massive abilities in adding value to convince business activities. Mr Grove’s genius was as a society builder and a manger rather than as modernizer. When people are judged by what they can do rather than allowing to prejudgments based on insincere features, society benefits greatly. All the societies want to benefit greatly so they all need to learn the lesson from Andy Grove. It’s not about the language at all. Lot of people think that if someone can’t speak English can’t do something better but Andy Grove is one of the best example to see that even he couldn’t speak English but still he was heart of the computer revolution. The good thing I see in IT field is that you don’t really need to speak English to get success full in the field. He is the man who put Intel inside.
