Recommended: Why is teamwork important

Every successful individual knows that his or her achievement depends on a community of persons working together. Although in Eric Thomas speech about “Secrets to Success”, demonstrates that our generation need to be more diligent about our society and that earning success is not easy for anyone. Two things that I agree with Eric Thomas statement is dissipate on time and sacrificing unnecessary things to avoid my studies. The first statement is dissipating on time because not many students cannot encourage their time to focus on important things in life. Also when I was in middle school I didn’t have the time to work on any homework, so it affected me to fail some classes by avoiding my lessons and playing games to face the consequences.

Gladwell’s Outliers successfully informs the reader about the different components that add up to success with probable theories and credible studies to make for an interesting and motivational read.
