Chapter I: Variation under domestication

This first chapter starts with Darwin’s ideas of species, developing this new theory “on the origin of species”.

In this chapter it is propose and explain the origin of species, saying that species were not just created, and istead of that, the species that can be seen today came from another specie; so the species we see are the living offspring of another one.

Darwin takes in consideration something important, which is the enviorment conditions, the differences in conditions makes a specie adapt to survive, and the diferent ways to adapt, causes variation inside a specie, this meaning that if conditions changes the specices must adapt to it; but if it doesn’t change, then there would not be necesity to adapt. An example of the last ones are dometic plants and animal. …show more content…

I am agree with this chapter ideas, what Darwin wrote and nowdays many examples can be say; and as sample may be cows. Cows have been used for long time for different reasons, this animal was domesticated and we have records from old civilization which used the cows. And they have not experiemnted a big variation. Because, at being under domestication, they conditios does not change that much as in nature.

Chapter II: Variation under nature

On this chapter Darwin explain different things about variability; variability between species and some causes of it.

A number of variability may increase in how big is the specie and how are they distributed.

Darwin explain that, excepting for two reasons, variability cannot be distinguish from species. The first is by the discovery of intermedate ways of linking, and the other explains that by certain indefinite amount of differences between them; this mean that if the differences are few, are considerated and classified variabilities inside the same
