Who: Our primary goal is to sell Niagara’s culinary which we would sell in form of Gala Lunch and Dinner packages along with education, entertainment and enticement. The operation would be supervised by experts who have good knowledge in Niagara’s authentic cuisine. There would also be some performances by the experts dressed as aboriginals to enhance the culinary experience.
What: Gala food packages would include a huge buffet of authentic Niagara’s delicacies. The cuisine includes a mixture of food preparations from Canadian, French & British who dominated in the past. From Canadian cuisine visitors would have opportunity to taste real Canadian from Baked Chicken Nuggets to Smothered Filet Mignon or from Skillet Custard with Berry Sauce to Maple Oatmeal Scones. French Cuisine known for many rich sauces would have most common dishes on the menu as well as British cuisine which would have hybrid dishes influenced by Anglo-Indian like chicken tikka masala and lot more. Gala Lunch and Dinner would be accompanied by entertainment before and along with the meals are served for good entertainment and culinary experience where visitors will be educated about Niagara’ s rich history and culture through means of a short theatrical, dance and music performances.
When: The best time for our business would be from Mid-April to October, but it is open throughout the year. The Lunch timings would be from 12 – 3 PM & the Dinner would be from 6 – 10 PM. This activity would be managed by the Head Chef.
