Have you ever loved someone so much you would do anything for them? Would you give up all you had for that one person? Would you make more than just a small effort to keep that person in your life? In the story Federigo 's Falcon by Giovanni Boccaccio, shows a man who would do anything for the women that he loved. The man’s name was Frederigo, and he wasn’t wealthy, but the women he was in love with was very wealthy. The story is a love story in many different ways, and it’s also a story about family. The love can be when you are young, old, or even middle aged. The first thing about love in the story, is that people are doing the same thing our generation does, back then. People know that someone is in love with them or if they truly care about the person, and they use that to get what they want from them. The truth is this love story starts out as any normal life story. The gorgeous, and wealthy women doesn’t notice the poor man with a falcon. She does notice him when her son want’s the bird. It’s sad that most people,don’t care who they hurt as long as they get what they want. The love story is about how the two people from different nobility brackets finds love over a death of a bird. “ My lady, ever since God decreed that you become the object of my love” on page 164. This man was so in love with this woman he would have done the unthinkable for her. The story is mostly a one sided love story that shows most of people’s love stories, there is always one person committed more than the other. They may not have been together, but the fact of it is she knew that she could get whatever she wanted from him, and all he wanted was to give her everything. It’s about what a mother would do for her son that was ill. She went to a man that she barely knew, and went out of her way to get her son one last gift. Family is about everything in life, you have to work at it, but most of all you have to have love to have it all. Family is everything in life, whether it’s brothers, sisters, moms, or dads. I know of many people who would give up anything for their families. I also know a mother that would have done anything for her ill child. A family is about people who stick together through things good or bad. They know most of everything about each member in the family. You have those inside jokes, that no “outsider” would get because they were just that cool. Families have the love that, no one can take away or replace. The fact that families all around the world try to make it work, are one of the best parts about a family. “ The lady was was somewhat taken aback, and began to consider what she could do about it” on page 161. The mother was willing to do anything for the one true love of her life. Her son was extremely ill, and all she wanted to do was try to help him get better. She wanted the one man she could count on to get better in time, turns out that is not what happened. Family is about doing the unthinkable for the people that you love unconditionally, and sacrifice what you have to put food on the
