Stepping into high school, I have less time to roam around or to study something I wish, and dessert has always been one of my most ardent pursues. From an early age, my interests and preferences have always evolved around fantasies, cartoon, and sweets. To satisfy my long desire, I made this cookbook to tabulate out the most popular desserts along with their recipes and step by step preparing processes. Emperor Pig’s Dessert’s main theme features a pink pig (my friends use that to symbolize me) and categorizes desserts under four sections: beverages, cakes, ice creams, and international desserts. Everyday ingredients can be turned into more than one types of fine, polished desserts which you can enjoy with people you care about without repetition!
What happens if you do not have the special cake powder or a special ingredient? You do not have to worry because most of the materials in the recipes are commonly seen in a kitchen and can be substituted. However, there is one indispensable ingredient that can never be forgotten-love. In fact, love is so important that the long, mechanical cooking process can become fun and relaxing. Although making desserts can take up to an hour, the joy you get out of it can be much more rewarding.

I can remember rare occasions as a child when I would wake up for school and there would be pancakes, eggs and bacon on the table and orange juice or Sunny Delight to drink. These exciting occasions, however, were just that: rare. Most days I would bound down the stairs to the toaster loaded with Pop-Tarts. I would usually be disappointed that I couldn't devour a wholesome breakfast, but I later came to understand the convenience of the Pop-Tart. My parents could put pastries in the toaster and continue to get ready for their day without having to worry about too much clean-up. Apple crisp is honestly so delicious especially when its warm and served with creamy vanilla ice cream. The first time I had apple crisp was in elementary and ever since then I’ve always loved it. During the Thanksgiving breaking 4 years ago I was spending it with my sister and we were making the menu and I had the idea of making it for the first time. When it comes to making apple crisp I only follow one recipes. I follow Land ‘O’ Lakes recipe it was the first recipe I followed and from now on the only recipe I follow.
