Do you believe in ghost? I know Scrooge does, Scrooge was an old grumpy banker that only cared about money, who did not care too much about other people. Then one day ghosts came and changed that all. Once the ghosts came they told him how much he was doing wrong and how he used to be when he was younger when he liked christmas. The ghosts taught him a lot of things but most of all they taught him to be caring and courteous to his friends and people he has never met. Scrooge is afraid of his future and his self. Scrooge is afraid of himself because he does not want people people to think he is a bad person. So Scrooge is more caring after the ghosts come he becomes very to people at the end of the story after the ghost come.(50 Dickens) “But lived upon the to abstinence principle ever...God bless Us, Everyone!’ This explains that Scrooge cares how people are doing because he says god bless to everyone you only say that if you want someone to do good because you want god to bless them with something good. Scrooge is courteous because in the story it states(49 Dickens)‘I am very sorry sir’ When you are courteous you are polite and use manners. And the actually definition of courteous is (merriam-webster.com) ‘polite, respectful, or considerate in manner’ Scrooge is exactly like that he is polite saying sir, he is respectful because he admits fault and says that, and he does it all in a considerate manner. Before he met the ghosts Scrooge would not care and yell at the other person, and now once the ghosts came Scrooge was afraid of himself and scared of his future when people did not like him.
