An amusement park is an enjoyable place for people of all ages. I love visiting them with my friends and family. I personally like Dorney Park, which gives the guests a multiple variety of rides— from being completely soaked in water to flying through the air at the same speeds cars travel at on the highway. Amusements parks overall are a fascinating place. The atmosphere created by all of the visitors is very lively. Music can be heard in the background from live concerts. All different kinds of smells are in the air, from the overly priced food stores to the quacking ducks swimming in the ponds. Lights flash all over the place from carnival games that seem hopeless of victory. My friends and I love going on a hot day, so we can go on all the water rides first, and then air off on the rollercoasters. Rollercoasters are probably my most favorite attractions because the joy of riding a rollercoaster never gets old. No matter how many times I have been on the ride, it always brings forth new excitements and thrills. The adventure is always new, and my adrenaline rush keeps me going. Going on old rides always bring back great memories with of my friends and family. I love the excitement and anxiety I get just before getting on the ride, and the adrenaline rush I receive when the ride is over. I admire how high most of the rollercoasters are able to go, but I would not ride an extreme rollercoaster. Instead of applying more speed and height to the attraction, I think amusement parks should focus on the advancements of rollercoasters as a whole, and how the ride can become better in other areas besides its magnitude.
