American Football, in my opinion, represents the mass majority of our society. Though I am not a fan of the game, it is exciting to watch Super bowl Sunday. Because of my background, I was more accustomed to Soccer which is consider a version of Football. I would agree that American Football is a metaphor of the US. For example, begin a conversation in the grocery store and merely states what you think about that game last night? This would strike an immediate conversation until you out the door.
