Page 1 of 2 Question 1 The American Dream is something that must be earned, but is also seen as a privilege. Not many people get the opportunity to live the dream because of ethical issues. Along with the American dream comes determination and selfishness. Many may be afraid to cross that bridge of obstacles, but it definitely won’t be impossible. A saying that has always stuck with me is, ‘’If you really want to do it, it’s going to get done’’. Now it does sound ridiculous during hard times, but can truly be a great motivation. Along with a goal comes judgment, which he did plenty of, but it symbolized that he worked as his own guidance. He was someone who always looked up to others, coming from only an education but not having the opportunity of being granted success in his hands. Therefore, it’s not much of a dream but more of a desire, those who are willing to sacrifice their all will be granted great opportunities. What we actually need to do to complete this so-called ‘’Dream’’ is take equality into consideration.You’d be surprised that even after many years, justice has not been served and the world may never change. There could be millions of protests to help change the view of this issue, and money would be the only thing that could buy it.
