Plastic vs. Paper, which of it will be more friendly to our environment? Plastic and paper both plays an important role in today's society. Whenever you went shopping in the grocery store, the cashier will asked you if you want plastic or paper bag. People may think about many different way for choosing plastic or paper bag. Some people may think that which kind of bag they can easily reuse at home. Eventually, most people may just don't care about any kind of bag , neither plastic or paper. All they want to do is have a bag for their grocery food that they bought. Do think you making the right decision every time when you choose your bag for your grocery food or any other junks?
The first plastic was created by Alexander Parkes in the 1856. He invented a agile material called Parkesine that make out multifarious mixtures of nitrocellulose, alcohols, camphor, and oils that expansion the first plastic, celluloid. It was an anatomical equipment imitative from cellulose that when it heated could be molded, and the shape will be remains the same when it cool down. Plastic usually don't degrade the way that paper does. Plastic will not rot like paper did and become organic stuffs that could be reuse to our environment. Furthermore, plastic will only break into small pieces and fly cross everywhere in the air. According to the article, "Plastic bags versus paper bags" Thomas mentions that "recycling a plastic bag requires 91 percent less energy than recycling a paper bag."
