One of the most events in the United States not deal with difficulties well was the Slavery, the time where African-American people were slaves of the white people who lived in the USA or some of them where took from their country Africa. African-Americans lived in racial discrimination where they were nothing and treated like animals. Some enslaved people lived in nuclear families with a mother, father, and children. In these cases each family member belonged to the same owner, but not always, most of the times African-Americans were separated depends who pay more for the men, women or children. Most of the African-Americans worked on the farm early through the late night depends if they’re done with the work that the owner gave it to them.
Enslaved people usually worked from early in the morning until late at night. Women often returned to work
During slavery, many people formed new families after separation, but many of them also held on to memories of the loved ones they had lost through sale. Starting in 1866, hundreds of people placed advertisements in newspapers searching for family members. But not matter that the slavery end white people still with discrimination they make a special schools for color people, work was less for them and the pay was less too, however color people never give up they keep fighting for their right and stop racial discrimination. Martin Luther king was an American Baptist minister, activist, humanitarian, and leader in the African-American Civil Rights Movement.
